NS will not have Banks so that only means that Evans and Gentry will get those 8 or 9 touches. Evans first game last year he had 15 carries for 150 and missed a lot of the second half due to cramping. Don't see that this year. I can see him getting 20 carries and Gentry (Arkansas commit) at the WR or slot. So no big drop off. The key will be the NS O line versus the front 7 of Katy. If they cannot pressure Davis and if the next level is tackling Evans then NS will roll. Also Katy likes to pinch their safeties up for run support and when they do Davis will exploit the center of the field in which we had a bunch of long gains last year because of it.  NS is just as good this year if not better so being the homer that I am.... NS 45 to 31. Could possibly see the seconds in like last year.  

Pretty strong right there. He is going to be a very good college player with his length and speed.

So you all have not played any good defense all year? Last week was pretty good. Did you hold Corbin down?

Well he can't score every time he runs so he will get tackled a few times here and there. So how is the PAM defense. NS D has a lot of momentum with the shutout against LP and only giving up 83 yards...

And very accurate with the pass. Over 57% completion rate

You all will see a very different NS offense this year. We actually pass and a lot. We average throwing 26 times a game and our total offense is 1700 passing and 1700 yards rushing. Very unlike NS offense that most have seen. Our QB is a LB playing QB and has a cannon for an arm and a lot of folks don't like to tackle someone that big especially when he picks up a head of steam.

You all will see a NS offense like you have never seen before.

Should be a good one. Besides the last game NS has had trouble with the run especially around the edge. Well here comes Kam, one of the fastest and most explosive Rb in the state. He should create a problem for NS but if we stop it can Kaden pass the football to keep NS honest? How come Kam is only getting around 13 to 14 touches a game?

Congrats.... Enjoyed the couple of games I got to watch him play. Turned me into a supporter for sure. Hard nosed, quick, hard to bring down with break away speed. Sounds like D1 talent to me. Go luck to Demarcus...

Don't see WB having much of a chance but if they get off to a decent start with a good mix of run and pass and not get behind and have to pass every down like they did against LP; they have a chance. Very slim but a chance. It will have to be a perfect game. Clock control, keep the Manvel offense on the sidelines. WB will have to take some chances on D rather that be an all out blitz or have someone just shadow King, just something different than what they have done defensively all year and Manvel does not expect. If not, turn out the lights the season is over and Manvel wins big...

You know I've been a supporter of BWB since the NS game but every time they put together a good game plan and win a football game; the coach changes the offensive game plan the next week. SMH.. What a stinker against La Porte..... I mean 37 passes and Essex is QB??? I mean he is a good receiver or slot but Aubrey gives them more options especially with the run. They only had to key on Smith. Must win for PA. WB coaches will screw this up too. PAM 38 WB 28

WB 35 LP 21.. LP is banged up and if WB can stop the run; they should be able to control the LP O. No craziness with fake punts or mis handled Kickoffs and WB comes out on top.

Brook will have no problem moving the ball. The only thing that has hurt WB this year has been their special teams mistakes. Cost them 2 winnable games. No mistakes and WB wins 35 to 21.

Brook will face a decent defense but Brook's O Line is giving DeMarcus huge lanes to run through. The QB does not need to get the very good WR alley oops all the time. That young man is talented and only needs 5 yard passes and can break long runs. Deer Park will try and pound the ball. Brook needs to send people like they did against CV. Every time they did good things happened. DP will get some stops but Brook does not need to go away from their game plan and do foolish things and for goodness sake stop with all the fake punts....Brook wins 31 to 24...

BWB shocks the Southeast area and Channelview suffers their first loss of the season. BW has the athletes to contain CV and if they put a good D plan together; they can win. Have to stop the big play. I think they can. No trickery on offense. Run the ball, they have the hogs up front. Get the talented WR in the loop. He don't have to run fades. He can catch the 5 yard pass and make stuff happen. Control the ball. control the clock and keep the high potent CV offense off the field will equal a victory. BWB 35 CV 31

WOW! I predicted victory for BWB and the only thing I missed was the exact final score. My goodness DeMarcus Smith was friggen awesome. Over 200 yards and if the QB wanted to throw; the wr would of done anything he wanted to. Was a great game. When BWB blitzed; they made things happen but did not do that enough. CV had over 500 total yards but when BWB  sent people and forced Hurts to go left; good things happened. Only 2 punts the whole game. 1 by each team. It was a great game and BWB will get into the playoffs if they get by DP.

Stats from the game last night. BWB stats are skewed. I guess they don't have someone update this particular web site. I believe the chronicle's stats are closer. The NS defense was not that good. Pressbox has BWB getting a total of 246 yards.. Ha, they got that many in the 4th quarter. BWB has a good ball club and some very good skilled players.. #2 is a stud along with DeMarcus Smith. No fear and want to make plays.. Good luck the rest of the way. Ns is the first set of stats and BWB is the 2nd.

I would hope so. You would think that they would have the center and QB work on it while the defense is on the field but NOOOO, they would rather just break any kind of momentum and just kill a drive because of it. The center to place kicker snap is even worse. Cost us against ET. Gave us a chance to tie the game in the 4th quarter. But instead made the score 22 to 21. Big difference when you are playing a high quality team when points are hard to come by. 

NS is not as talented as they have been in the past especially on the defensive side. They are small by NS standards and have given up more yards this year than they did the first 9 games last year. I have only heard about the WB offense in which they have a very good WR but how is the rest of the offense? QB is pretty good. Do they run a spread? Are they ground and pound? Have they shown growth through the first 4 games?

Believe it or not the NS offense and not the NS D is our staple. They are pedal to the metal. Our QB is becoming a very good all around QB and has gained a lot of muscle so when he does run; he is a load.... Good luck tomorrow. Hope to see a good game. 

I haven't posted on here for a while but after watching NS play their first 4 games I am here to let you know that BWB has a very good chance of winning this game. If you have watched NS over the years; you would think that they are ground and pound. Well that is not the case anymore at least not this year. They are averaging 26 passes a game and are running 70 to 75 plays a game so buckle up cause the play clock will never be used offensively. Fun football if you like a fast pace offense. They are pedal to the metal. So, if BWB is a just a little out of shape; it is going to be a long night.... Now as for the NS defense; it is not even close to what it has been over the years. It can be had. They have given up an average of 420 yards a game so the big question is can WB out score NS??????
