My take on this, is that these guys are at the threshold of there life. Yeah some are young adults and some are bone head kids. They still need parents, teachers and coaches. Most of all they feed on each other. Hopefully there is a few good leaders in this group. Let's see what this group has in store for us armchair quarterbacks. Geaux Dawgs.

Channelview vs Whitehouse

He was the best thing that has ever happen to Vidor football in my memory. Always positive. Stands were always full. Personally, I didn't know the guy, but I know he was well respected all around SE Texas. You don't have to go deep in the playoffs to have an affect on these young men. God speed Coach Matthews.

They shouldn’t be wanting to play at Jerry’s monstrosity. They should be wanting to play for a state championship. Most of the population is in the east part of the state. So having it in NRG every 3 years is not that bad. Rotate. I’m tired of the home field advantage to the DFW schools. Mom cooks them breakfast and they catch a ride to the game.

Great season INDIANS. Tough battle. My take on the game was a great first half. OC adjusted to what was given to them. Momentum is always the key. By the 3rd quarter you guys were wearing down. I feel pretty good about this game. PNG is hot rolling into the championship game. Big crowd will help and that's what they'll have. It's what it's all about. SOC is a great team. If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. And I think that's what going to happen Friday night. It's going to take a balanced attack to do it.
