I do remember the BMT area when there was a descent amout of talent for the area, but none of this talent could compare to the Houston area.  Nowadays, BMT tennis is just a joke and there is no point about even talking about it.  But as far as adult tennis, I played 4.0 and it was alright and then after my first and only tournament they bumped me up to 4.5.

I totally agree with you Garsnare, but has she completely healled from breaking her ankle.

They don't have team tennis in 2A, but I do wish they had it when I was around. It is way more intense than spring tennis. Your not playing for yourself, but your for whole team.

I hear that Scott Carnley and Tyler Word will be playing doubles this year!!!

Ya Austin Klores is senior this year and he signed with A&M. He had been out for 4 months with a stress fracture in the back, but he played district and regionals.

Warren competed in their first day of regionals today and faired pretty well. Singles: Carnley won first round 6-1 6-1 and second round 6-2 6-2 and will compete against the 4 seed tomorrow in the semis Doubles: Sims and McBee lost first round in three sets in a third set tie breaker Word and Andrews won both of their matches today and will play in the semis

I never said she wasn't a great champ, I just said she wasn't the best champ in the area. What makes a great champ is not having one of those bad days and until you can have the mental game to play your best every match, then you still have a lot to learn.

Look this is my first year to ever play. If ive ever talked trash to you on the court then thats my bad. I get frustrated easily.As far as my serve, the Lamar coach said that i serve 110-115 so i think ill beleive him. Also, the serves that are out arent but about two or three feet outside the box. Anybody on the internet can say they serve 120 mph but no one knows because no one radar guns serves around here. Im headed to region and thats all that matters. Ok maybe you do serve a 110, but look how many times you make it.....I counted 2 out of 12 times that you made your "110" serve in....thats less than 15%....which sucks. Also who cares if it is an inch out or a mile out...you still didn't make the serve so whats it matter. Ya your going to regionals, but look how week our district is.........but again congradulations.

I agree with Tbs....she would beat every girl around here pretty easy. I really think she should play next year

Of course Deavers will win the singles and second place will be a toss up. Girls singles will go to Kelly and Landry, but a toss up on who will get what. Doubles will go to Kv and HF. Mixed doubles will go to BC and I have no idea will win 2nd Girls Doubles I have no clue

Went to Rayburn Sunday and there are some small fish that have moved in, but not a lot. Most of the fish are still in the Pre-spawn phase. Give it another week and it should start getting a little better. I caught a 5lb bass on a carolina rig lizard trolling. Just give it a week or so.
