I still think the regional road goes through Franklin. They are tough. I don't think they can beat Newton but they will Give CC all they can handle and their dicipline could put them over the top.
Injuries are sooo key at this level.
Also, the further you go turnovers are game changers. -

Don't get ahead of yourself. I see Franklin in the regional finals. They are the epitome of a diciplined team. I know bulldog nation will swawk and lay an egg for someone suggesting such, but they are for real.
Extremely well coached, have tremendous tradition and are vey athletic.
But.....You never know. Newton could get beat the next two games...... -
After watching the film this morning, the majority of those turnovers were takeaways. Great defense. Corrigan has a good team, but had zero answer for that D.
Speed, athleticism and great coaching takes this team DEEP into the playoffs. -

My original prediction, Newton by 21, has to change. After watching some film on corrigan and looking at their 7-0 record (opponents have combined 19-31 record), I'm going Newton by 34!!
Stop #2 and you win big. #10 is ok and shouldn't be too difficult. #55 on the online is about all they have.
Rankings don't mean squat. Alto hung 72 points on #3 Teneha earlier this year.
Their D Hasn't stopped anybody all year.
Hang on to the ball, don't get too mental and it should be about their 4th toughest opponent.
That's my honest opinion..........whatever that means.lol -
Big ups to corrigan having running backs like Newton has year in and year out. Corrigans O-line is really not very good. Their QB can't throw much at all and their defense can't (or haven't) stop anyone.
It's really kinda funny listening to the CC homers. Keep it up fellas.

Newton's preseason bout to pay off. Corrigans preseason bout to pay off as well.
No doubt CC has some talented backs........as does Newton. Defense wins games and Eagles have it.
I think turnovers could be the monster factor in this one.
Loser will prolly get second and get Franklin in the 3rd round. They are fo sho. -

I agree. Crockett may get shutout in this one. Eagle defense is on point.

Not to mention defense not being able to step up.Overthrows, and lack of offensive support can bring down the confidence of the team.
