They had an official just like the pros and college football come onto the field after the extra point and hold their arm up. Another official, actually officiating the game, standing next to them. When the commercials were done the "media official" would rotate their arm as if to start the clock and the actual official would call the teams onto the field to line up for the kick-off. There were stints anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes in between extra point and kick-off. Sounds like commercial breaks to me. There were three camera's on sissor lifts. Two behind the visitor stands and one by the field house.

The cameras were because it was on Texan Live. That's why they had the looooong breaks before most of the kick offs for commercials.

That would never have happened if their short stop turns two instead of getting the lead runner out at third. Game would have been over.

Because BISD will not allow a new coach to bring in his on staff they will only be able to hire hometown boys are retreads like Stowers. United will never be successful until they allow a new coach, with a good resume, and not homegrown, to pick his own staff. Beaumont has the talent to be really competitive but if you don’t bring in someone different to stir things up and bring in a new perspective. Your just going to go through the same ole routine.

Not taking anything from Silsbee because they are a good football team. But, Westbrook should be totally embarrassed. With all the talent that is in Beaumont they should be blowing lower classifications out. But because they can't hire the right coaches the talent moves on to other schools. Westbrook needs to bring back the old New Orleans bag heads. The administration is a joke. Their AD could not even run a Junior League organization. Supposedly when they hire a new coach they are not allowed to bring in their own people. They are told they keep the same staff that is already there.This should open some eyes as to how bad the BISD has become. They need to drain the swamp and get people in that can turn the whole thing around from academic level to the extracurricular activities.

You get paid like that and you better put points on the board every time you hit the field, Have at least a 90% pass completion rating and not throw any interceptions and no fumbles. Now he is for sure the most over rated QB in the league. You can say what you want about his stats and all but stats don't win playoff games and Super Bowls.He has proved that many times. That playoff game last year was the worst debacale ever. He said it's not about the money. I didn't hear him telling his agent to just get me signed as soon as possible regardless of the money.

Kirby Smart had better get a handle on this very guck or he will start losing recruits because some of the kids parents will refuse their kids from going there because there evidently isn’t any discipline there.

I don’t think Schloss and the AD (Trev Alberts) saw eye to eye. I think Alberts came in and is wanting to cut some of the spending that was about to happen in the baseball program. Just what I’ve pieced together from things I’ve read….I believe Schloss will be very well taken care of at UT.

I'm not butt hurt about anything. My son played before he got to PNG. I just know what the situation is and he shot hisself in the foot.
