[/quote] I see where they had LCM, Nederland, and Montgomery on the schedule. Have no idea if these games were played or were scrimmages. These kids from New Caney played in what was one of the top 5A districts in the state the last two years. It has helped them tremendously this year.

I was very impressed with him in '07-'08 when my son played against them. Yes, Donnie Randell still coaches them. He is a graduate of New Caney from 76 or 77. Good coach, came home after coaching at Lufkin quite a few years.

All, Barbers Hill has built a really nice complex. We played there this weekend and the complex is top notch. The umpires were a little inexperienced, appeared to be mainly league ball, but overall they did not do a terrible job. I have seen worse.
