Vidor needs a young, energetic, innovative and open minded coach that believes in his players ! Watch what this formula does for LC-M and it will only take a few years whilst Vidors guy can't get it figured out even after 20 something years at the helm.The coaching is very complacent in Vidor

There is a reason Mathews will never see the.500 mark in his career. Hey....................... but he's a good dude who plays the right people. The most excited I've seen the Vidor fans in years was when he was the front runner for the Joshua ISD job, that was a big let down

A lot of our rbs would be good slot receivers. i honestly think Vidors coach doesnt want to install a new system this late in his career. It would be too much work , its a sit it and forget it type of thing. Complacency !
