OK, we know what this time of year always brings and I expect this spring to be no different. Big story definitely will be the return of Andre Boutte to the sidelines, but where will he end up?...I have an idea, but I can't spill that one just yet. Any other coaching rumors out there this early?

Actually you may be right. I saw where the schools were DROPPING to 3A and I forgot that 3A is now 4A. The only changes of any significance in 4A is Yates and Dallas Carter dropping down. I still think that THIS year the window was greater for them to finally win one though. I expect them to have another great year next season, however.

My opinion....with Yates and the other Dallas schools dropping into 4A next season, I think the window for Silsbee to win one has gotten smaller. Not that they CAN'T win it next year, but it's going to be a bit tougher.

I thought the same thing...Dallas Lincoln does not know how to SPELL slow down game, let alone execute one! LOL

Edge RIGHT NOW due to experience only. Yes. De'Aaron Fox has a really high basketball IQ as welI, PLUS he is 6'4" WITH athleticism. I know what J'Covan can do, but the fact is, he is NOT in the NBA. Although he is doing well overseas, its a different level in the Association, and right now Fox is a lock for the league after Kentucky. Right now...We all know there is no guarantee in this business, but Fox has a legit shot to make some noise for years to come.

Matters not. He's not a player with the attributes that De'Aaron Fox brings....I've watched BOTH of these kids since they were YOUNG and I am telling you it's not that close. And J'Covan is a HELL of a player! Fox is a PRO...NBA Pro...No question.

So if YOU were an NBA GM, and you had a choice between a 6'4" Fox and a 6'0" Brown, at the same position, who would YOU take? Don't worry....I'll wait...

Did I just read that someone feels that De'Aaron Fox is NOT better than J'Covan Brown was? J'Covan was a GREAT player and is doing well playing professionally overseas right now....The difference is Fox will play professionally RIGHT HERE in the NBA. He is a PRO, man....Come on, seriously? Not taking anything away from J'Covan, because his talent is undeniable, but Fox is in another league, man. I don't just call guys pros either, but I was the one that said that he would fare better than the Harrison twins based on his size and skill set alone at the PG position..

Its Sam Houston High School....Because of low test scores, school had to be re-named "officially" and re-constituted. Thus the name Houston Math and Science Academy....And its actually NOTHING of the sort! LOL
