2. Navasota is the best 3a team in the state. They have so many weapons on both sides of the ball. I really don't seeing anyone beating them. Wos D might be able to slow their O down a bit, but I don't believe Wos will have the O needed to win, but who knows? I've been wrong before, but I will be very surprised if they even come close to losing. Through 9 games: 45.4 ppg 308 passing ypg 148 rushing ypg 32 passing TDs (only 4 pics) 18 rushing TDs 4.7 points allowed pg 4 shutouts

I know Huffman has been missing a couple of starters on D. Huffman's D has been underperforming for a couple of weeks now, hopefully they can fix some of the holes. If not Huffman is capable of outscoring Silsbee, either way I think it will be a competitive game.
There's some on your list that won't make the 4th round... ;)
Your correct. None of those three team might make it,  but WOS WILL be there . Where's Kirbyville? ;)
I'd hope so. Wos has by far the easiest route to the 4th round again this year. Wos probable opponents: Cleveland West Columbia Center/Lorena Coldspring probable opponents: Bridge City La Marque Navasota
Yeah your right but LCM's rb Seizer was better and silsbee's O still scored enough to win, not including it was way earlier in the season and silsbee D is better then they were then  ;)
Seizer is completely different from Gray. You will have to stop him on the the ground, through the air, and in the return game. He can beat you in a alot of different ways.
Obvious, you have not seen Sezer play then..he does all those things as well. Expect a dogfight in this one won by the cats. I'd day 12-14 points with a late Silsbee TD.
Not according to his stats he doesn't. Seizer is a more traditional running back doing almost all of his damage on the groung. Gray is not traditional he will hurt in the pass game before anything else (811 yards receiving 11 TDs), but he also has the ability to run if the situation calls for it( 7.4 YPC 6 TDs). My point is that just because Silsbee stoped Seizer doesn't mean they will stop Gray, they are two different animals.

Darion Gray Huffman RB/WR 7 catches 168 yards 4 TDs plus an 80 yard kickoff return TD.
So Townley didn't break his ankle a couple of weeks back like some of you Huffman fans stated? ::)
I didn't state anything. I know he went out early in the Shepherd game, but apparently he played against Tarkington and Splendora. I don't know where the broken ankle rumor came from.

 10.
Yates is decent, but my GOD if Silsbee can get past the first round they have a chance to make a run. And Jasper played Carthage pretty close and IMO Silsbee is better then Jasper, atleast they were lastnight.
Yates is way down this year. They got blownout by North Forest and lost to Kashmere. The Winner of the Huffman/Silsbee game should face the winner of the Waco La Vega/Carthage game in the 3rd round.
 11. I think Carthage will have something to say about that ::)
 12.
OK In 22-3A If Huffman could have strummed their district. I would give you what you are saying But. You could not beat Coldspring . You barely got into the playoffs. Silsbee beat LCM which LCM beat Coldspring. Then to make it Better Silsbee beat Livingston And they beat LCM. This is not the Silsbee team you are used to seeing By far . And definantly Way better than last years Silsbee.  Sorry but with all due respect Huffman is way out classed this year and next year.
Barley got into the playoffs? We were 2nd just like we were last were the last two years when we beat Silsbee. Also Huffman did "strum" most of their district they lost to coldsprig who will make another  playoff run, and we lost to Shepherd when the starting QB got hurt in the 1st and we had to put the 3rd string QB ( the back up was hurt in a previous game) in and Huffman still scored 36 and almost won the game. Huffman has a QB that has thrown 39 TDs, they have a 6'5 wr with 14 td catches, they have a running back that LSU has ranked in the top 10 for 2014. Like I said Huffman will put points on the board. Silsbee may win they game but they won't "outclass" anyone this year or next.
 13. Not so fast my friend!!!(in my best Lee Corso voice ;D) Huffman and Silsbee have played in the first round for the last 4 years with each team winning 2, and 3 of the games have been very close. That won't change this year. The game will be high scoring, Huffman will put points on the board, the only problem will be the defense. Huffman has been hit hard by injuries on D and they have be bad the last couple of weeks especially against the run. Hopefully they can get the holes fixed on D if not they are perfectly capable of trying to out score silsbee. Huffman 45 Silsbee 42 8) Cannon Cotter wins the game on a last second field goal.
 14.
Yeah, your probably right, they probably had to work a lot harder beating you guys as bad as they did !!!!!!
They probably had to work longer since our game was actually competitive at the half. Yall didn't even score a TD until the 4th quarter when there was 4 minutes left, CS already had the game won by that point.
 15.
Not the run away score like everyone predicted! I think the Trojans had to work for tonight's win.
It was 28-3 through 3 quarters. I don't think the Trojans had to work to hard ::)

Who would have thought that was even a possibility when the year started.
There wont be a fight,Cleveland will stomp Shepherd like a bug.
You will have an eye opening experience in two weeks. I'm not ready to predict an Indian victory but you can put that mercy rule in check. Coldspring isn't hanging 60 on the Indians. This game will be very competitive. I knew after the Cleveland v. Huffman game that Huffman would have trouble with Coldspring. Cleveland beat Huffman in every stat but turnovers and of course the score board. The only one that matters. If Cleveland can capitalize on opportunities offensively and not turn the ball over, the battle of the C's will be just that, a battle. The question is wil Cleveland recover from the beating Coldsppring will give to them the week before Shepherd plays them. I predict not, they fold and Shepherd by 6.
Cleveland didn't even score a point against Huffman until the 4th quarter, it was 34-0 before Cleveland even got in the end zone. Don't try to make it sound like Cleveland was the better team. They had better stats because Huffman was on cruise control for half the game. As far as the Coldspring game, Huffman played terrible. They were missing their best wr/db and Townley was over throwing everyone, not to mention stupid turnovers like losing the fumble on the Coldspring 1. That was the turning point the game was back and forth until the turnover on the Coldspring 1 and then Coldspring drives down to score again before the half, after that is seemed like Huffman gave in and the score got alot worse than it should've been. Not saying Huffman woulda beat Coldspring just saying the the score wouldn't have been that bad if a different Huffman team had showed up.
You sound like your from Liberty with all those excuses!!!
I don't think I made any excuses actually. I posted facts and said that imo the Huffman team that showed up against CS was a different team. CS played good that night Huffman didn't, but I don't believe that CS is 39 points better than Huffman.
I've been telling you guys, they quit when the going gets tough. All that "d1" talent lays down a gets walked on. the coaching is terrible, players attitudes are terrible, programs terrible. If you think tonight's bad, wait until the fallout starts next week. It gonna be real bad.
Smh. If you don't think Liberty has a few d1 players, well that speaks for itself. I don't think they laid down, they just got beat down. Probably got tired of running the same plays over and over.. and over. When you're down 42-7 and your coach keeps running, I bet it's hard to keep your morale up. Liberty only attempted 5 passes tonight, hopefully this is the year they fire deel and find a real coach. He lost the players the first game of the season. Don't misconstrue my comments, huffman was/is the better team, by miles and miles. PERIOD. Side note, I wouldn't get to arrogant.. you guys will have your day soon enough.
[ftp][/ftp] I'm not arrogant at all, you know where island on all of this. Those guys quit tonight. Everyone in the stadium saw that. BTW there is not one d1 player on Libertys roster, not one. If be surprised if there was a single d2 player. We will reconvene and disuss this point after signing day in Feb. I'll be right, you'll be wrong.  ;)
One serious question though. If liberty is so terrible, why is everyone about to have a screaming o over beating them? It's like this anytime they lose. Makes no sense.
As long as Liberty fans continue to predict district championships durring 7 on 7 season then people will continue to rub it in they're face whenever they lose.
Missed that.
