Agree, you could see a few of his early passes were rushed and as a soph, his arm can’t really sling the ball quickly. A couple of series and runs under his belt and he was more in rhythm and spotted some balls precisely. He’s certainly got some juice with his legs and I think that will be needed. He’s a tough and elusive runner, glad we have him.

#22 looks to have some juice as well, defensive end. I see lots of potential.

Make that QB change and you’ll get a lot worse in the secondary, so there’s that as well. Only so many players to go around and they’re trying to figure It out

We saw tonight how much Beck meant to the Nederland defense. Nederland was not very deep, but that is not unusual, they’ve just been healthy the last few years. He was the run stuffer and made things go on that side of the ball.

This ignorance is really rich
