  1. @baddog we just extended Zeke for 6 yrs.. so we have him on the books for 8 yrs at 12.8 mil a year... plenty of room to sign Dak and Amari
  2. At this point if Dak doesn’t take the 25-30 mil let him walk. With the Cowboys Defense, best O line, if Zeke signs the best RB, and great young core of WRs. We basically need a game manager... Andy Dalton would do great in the Cowboys offense... JS.
  3. What’s the record between PAM vs NS 2-6?? But very easily could be 4-4 I wanna say several games were decided by a TD or less correct?
  4. Not to get off subject but FYI Been saying NS, Brook, United, King in that order for playoffs... but we can give y’all test. Nederland will line up and play... But NS is on a whole different planet compared to us lol everyone knows that. I don’t even wanna think about Nederland ever having to play them. Im a realist and We are are a above average/good 5a Div 2... NS in ranked nation wide lol I wish United and Brook nothing but the best when they play NS and shock the world
  5. That they should.. it will be fun to see I know the first two been scrimmages. But Newton, PA, WOS, now United, next week Silsbee. For this area that’s a stiff competition and a tough gauntlet to run through. But that will only make them better and rise up for district play.
  6. Yes y’all do, which I believe will be a great test for Nederland and could be a big deciding factor on what they do on offense. Can the bulldogs O line block and open holes in the inside against United... like I stated earlier. We have one great experienced player Ngyugen on the o line right now. Was all district last year and etc.. can the other 4 rise up and gel as a unit. That’s the key. United is bigger and faster then last year while we got younger and inexperienced in that department
  7. He’s a sophomore right now. Started out the gates last year as a freshman last year all season. This kid is a monster as well.
  8. #79... if You are on Dabo’s radar and invited to Clemson’s camp over the summer. you are doing something right.
  9. WR, RB, Wildcat QB.. kinda like a Sage Seay for Nederland this year
  10. I mean thunder and lightning at RB with Scott getting major considerations for D1 schools A&M, ND, Texas, Arkansas, SMU, TCU. Then there is lightning with Mazyck UTSA, TX St, Mcneese, Lamar, SFA Fuselier is a stud he was Varsity as a freshman this is his coming out party and from what I’m hearing is the QB of the future.. kinda of a Sage Seay type of a kid. Beck was also on varsity as a freshman has a nose for football great speed and height for LB.. mini LVE for the cowboys... went to camps this summer in Dallas and TCU, SMU, North Texas, OK state have all been in contact with him. Ricky Johnson DL bigger, faster, stronger then Deshawn Washington from a few years ago. He as well been hearing a lot from A&M, TCU, UofH, Texas, Mississippi St, Ole Miss and Baylor.
  11. I believe it will be a great game Soulja. I really do. Nederland’s coaches always got more out of there players with less so to say and I say that loosely just because I love my dogs. But there’s been so many times in the Neumann years where Nederland was not the most athletic team on the field but was just coached extremely well and did their homework on the teams watch tape plus a little luck never hurt. But the times are turning and Nederland is starting to produce more athletic and bigger and better kids with basically that great coaching staff still together. I look to seeing Nederland make serious noise now and in the coming years.
  12. WOS by 2 TDS.. going into half. 49-7 stangs.
  13. Lack of Experience right now.. we have a big oline with not many Varsity starts.. I wanna say 1 sophomore RT the rest 4 seniors but only 2 were returning starters the center was a back up last year and one of the guards was on JV beat out a sophomore in camp.. Nguyen is the best lineman we have at LT. every week they have improved and jell. Barrow put a great 2 scrimmages, and the 3 non district games to make his players grow fast in a hurry. After playing WOS you can always see the team responds back great. Last week was like a playoff game at Bulldog stadium. I expect no different Thursday night at the Butch.
  14. It got better as the game went on.. rough start at first but what do you expect week 1 jitters and especially against chain gang defense of WOS... WR’s need to catch the ball when it’s there. What’s so special and I believe will hurt teams is biting on the play action.. and if teams are so set on stopping the run against us they better watch out for that pass. This is one of the bigger Oline for Nederland in years past and we finally have something that hasn’t been there ever but maybe for one or two players is speed... not saying whole team is fast but we have several more then ever that will keep up and If underestimated will house it.
  15. Short week, I don’t like it. It is what it is. Dogs bounce back this week and clean up the few mistakes, 28-20 bulldogs on top😎
  16. Looks great!! Congrats Vidor
  17. I know the feeling, I mean when PNG had the best player in its school history one of the top QBs in the nation and still couldn’t win. Classic.
  18. Typical WOS-Nederland game very close hard hitting slug fest. Lots of defense. Last year 1 point in Nederland favor, this year 1 point WOS favor... best of luck for the rest of the season.
  19. WOS gets a TD goes for 2.. then goes up by 2 scores..
