Cessac was doing a good job....just two kids were getting hits off him at first.  But he started to tire and the other JV kids started getting hits and the wheels fell off then.

That game was looked at as a joke from the start, the only one with any worrys was the catcher as he was a freshman.  End results is a loss for the freshman that day.  No matter how you try to spin it.  So just keep your facts straight and have a good day.

the "right" way to throw a weighted ball is straight into the trash can.

i guess you can say that to D1 colleges that throw weighted balls because that is the best way for you to build velocity and arm strength

Hicks and Joseph Robertson from Bc are doing pretty good

both have good bats

Hicks has a rocket arm and

Robertson is a wall behind the plate

All throwing weighted balls does is get kids hurt. Best way to improve arm strength is long toss.

         I have heard multiple stories of kids being injured that did the program...

If you thow them right and from a safe distance that is the best way to improve arm strength

if they injured their arms that is because they didn't thow them right

i dont see why yall think you should not throw weighted Balls during season i mean you throw a baseball thats a weighted ball its 5 oz.

I know Dishon and Casey Jackson are power hitters. How did they do at the plate and are there any other longball hitters on this team?
