i guess you can say that to D1 colleges that throw weighted balls because that is the best way for you to build velocity and arm strength

Hicks and Joseph Robertson from Bc are doing pretty good both have good bats Hicks has a rocket arm and Robertson is a wall behind the plate

If you thow them right and from a safe distance that is the best way to improve arm strengthif they injured their arms that is because they didn't thow them right
