Although I fear that having two assistants apply for the head coach job will create some hard feelings, I would hope that neither Cornel Thompson nor Toby Foreman is demonized in this process. I think I have made crystal clear that I think Cornel Thompson should be the next head football coach at West Orange-Stark and feel just as strongly about that today as ever.  However, one thing that I refuse to do is to BLAME Toby Foreman for desiring and seeking the head coaching position.  He has committed no crime in doing so.  What he has done is to merely covet this job in the school district in which he grew up and has spent nearly all of his professional life, much like Cornel himself.  That he has decided to put his hat in the ring does not make him any less of a good man than when he was merely Dan Hooks' offensive coordinator.  I certainly hope that he has not received undue grief from the community because of his decision to apply for the job and I hope that this process doesn't leave a bitter taste in his mouth about his school if he doesn't get the job.

I would think that folks want to wait until the deadline for applying to pass before doing that.  Otherwise, you may have an incomplete list.
