You missed the point. But considering who I am dealing with, I don't find it all that surprising. All of these guys have compelling cases. That is why they are finalists. But like I said, some folks can't help themselves.

As is usually the case, there will be three deserving finalists on each side of the ball that go without the award, but yet the winner will be one that no one can argue with. I know that some just can't help themselves, but trying to tear down the accomplishments of one to make the case for another really is not in the spirit of the award. All of these young men, on either side of the ball, can have a compelling case made for them. Let us celebrate their successes and the accomplishments that brought them to this point.
