The APSE All State 4A team listed Dontre as honorable mention quarterback. Jack was not on that team.

So was Dallas. Old Coach did it the way it should have been done and had a All-State team for each Division within each class from 4A-2A. Dontre was 2nd team athlete on the Division I team and Jack was 1st team QB on the Division II team.

Actually, no it's not. Quite frankly, between monitoring game venues for the girls basketball playoffs, and scores for boys basketball, boys and girls soccer and the opening day for girls, I had not even had the opportunity to see who the new folks were. There were just issues regarding Coach McGallion personally and others causing racial issues. Pepper asked me if ANY topics were out of bounds and I'll tell you what I told him. Topics regarding the position are fair game, but they will be monitored closely.

That was good. But I was thinking more like Kanye.

Congrats to Jack and Steven. However, the other finalists should not hang their head. I'd be curious to see what the final tally was.

No, it will not.

Apples and oranges. When Coach DuBois' departure was discussed, there was little if any mention of personal interactions with (and more specifically the personal distaste that some revealed for) Coach McGallion. Moreover, there was not a racial element introduced into who should be the successor of Coach Dubois. But if those are to be kept out, it would be unfair just to have those who think Coach McGallion hung the moon, so it was a decision, made BY ME to take the thread out of circulation. That may leave some people unsatisfied, but that will be the way it is. I wouldn't worry, we are just a few weeks away from the deadline for applications and I am sure that the opinions of who should be HC/AD will be flowing like water. But for now this discussion in done.
