Total yards for both teams was pretty close.....425 -375 or so.....I believe Shug rushed like 42 times for close to 300 yds.

Didnt agree with going for it on 4th and 8 close to midfield...But that's his job and not mine.. No doubt NISD made the right choice with Barrow. Let the ERA begin!!!!!!!!

Just seems obvious to me that Faircloth is bound and determined to do it his way...He was convinced Roschon was going to beat us, and he ALMOST did. As effective as he is and was, look at how much better he could be if the football was put into someone else's hands. Shug's the best athlete, hand's down. Qb... just have to wait and see.. long had the best supporting cast. Excellent D, and a solid run game.

I will agree with Simmons not being on the same level as some of the backs youve mentioned but, his numbers dont lie. Also think Ned will arguably be the most balanced attack the Injuns have faced. If Simmons rolls, this will be a good one.

Imo, Simmons role will be a big factor in this game. If he cant be contained,this could go down to the wire.

Hats off to Faircloth.. he is as good an offensive mind as any in this area...One heck of a Qb coach. He's also a stat guy, look at the numbers.... at some point leaving your starting qb in the game when the outcome has been decided proves this... The Indian spirit could run the O when you're up by 30....
