Excellent 2nd half by the Lions! For a second there in the 1st half I thought Leggett wasn't gonna miss a shot! Kountze outscores them 28-11 in the 3rd and 28-14 in the 4th. Sophomore guard Jamazdon Powell leads Kountze with 32 points, while Sr. guard/forward Zay McDaniel follows with 28 points.

Geesh! Seriously, was Vidor banned from the rest of the tournaments in the area? What does a 4A school gain by playing in a 1A tournament?? You would have faired better playing in a 5A/4A JV or Freshman tournament over the weekend.
