It shocked me that Bay City gave up 550 yards to Waller Friday night!! :shock: The only way Bay City keeps this close is if they score a bunch. WO-S will score at least 5 TD's. They did that last year against a Bay City defense that was better than theirs is now. And the Stangs seem to have a more balanced attack this year. I can't wait to see Bay City play. I have been wondering how they have given up 99 points in two games with the athletes they have!!

That is true. I believe the WO-S freshman beat Barbers Hill freshman in their scrimmage either 28 or 35 - 0. And the WO-S JV won big also!!

It is possible. Anahuac scored quite a few against him. With the help of errors. It does look like WO-S has given up though. They may have started district 3-1 only to finish 0-6.

From what I hear it is not tongue and cheek. I have talked to a few people who have said they were even acting like that after the HJ loss Friday night. Except for a few seniors it seems like they could care less. Bad situation. Wait till next year in the new district. UGLY.

Buchanan and Rowell are both great catchers but if I had to choose 1 I would have to go with Barrera from Hamshire Fannett. He recieves the ball very well and has a cannon. Great stick also.

not everyone has the talent that lcm has. WO-S has already proven time and time again that they can be shaky defensively.

The 2 best games I have seen: 1987 - WO-S vs. Aldine MacArthur I believe Aldine was #3 in the nation and the Mustangs beat them 6-3 on a late touchdown. That was an awesome game. 1987 - WO-S vs. Jasper WO-S kicks a late field goal to win 3-0 after each team had blown FG chances earlier in the game. Both of those teams had great defenses!! It was fun to watch!!

Sparks did not pitch 2 innings, he only threw 1. Nick Ayers did not pitch any against BC either.

I thought that retarded argument was over with but leave it up to someone from BC to try and start s%$& again. Everyone knew BC would win, it is nothing to brag about. Yeah, Sparks gave up 3 hits in the first, who hasn't? BC can hit.

You cannot judge this game by what each one did against Anahuac. That means nothing. I am sure BC was taking Anahuac a little lightly. If you judge it by what each one did against HF, TROUBLE for the Stangs!!

BC 4-0 (Anahuac Monday a no doubter) HF 3-1 WO-S 3-1 HJ 2-2 OF 0-4 Anahuac 0-4 The Mustangs and Hawks have tall tasks Tuesday with BC and HF respectively. Looks like their could be a big showdown next Friday at WO-S between the Mustangs and Hawks to take sole possession of 3rd place. Remember it was a good 2-1 ballgame last time at HJ!!

I think he was referring to the fact that HF went to west orange on Wed. and was rained out, came back on Thursday and to bc on Friday.

This is a must win for WO-S. Time to see how they will perform under pressure.
