i have to believe that vidor or lcm is due for an "upset" over the "powerhouse" lumberton. who knows, maybe both of them will surprise some people. I say lumberton 4-6 too. good team, but still the same old lumberton in my opinion when it comes to district play. its too tough to upset enough teams to make a playoff run. just my opinion, but i'm sure somebody from lumberton will put me in my place.

I have to agree with Adam Dunn. Could throw the ball on a rope and with touch. Best one I have ever played against or coached against hands down.

Neither team played well in their openers, this week will tell the tale. What adjustments have been made and who is more prepared. If you win you win and if you lose you lose, no excuses. Well said. look, the BC kids never made an excuse for the way they played. they know they played horribly and were lucky to get out with a win against liberty. most of the players have never played varsity football and were nervous. the visor problem was simply an article because the PA news had nothing else to write about. some of the guys commented that they were having problems with them and it was blown out of proportion. believe me there will be no excuses tonight win or lose.

i can say that the H-J Buna game was pretty bad and went exactly that way. I was on the H-J staff at that time and was extremely embarassed along with the rest of the coaches when our QB ran the fake knee into the endzone. I can assure you, he was punished severely for that stunt
