1. Ive never found it "easy" to cut on wet turf. So I think turf is marginally better in rain, less mud though. As far as affecting a game, the BC/Vidor game last year was IMO affected. It hurt BC's deep snaps and seemed to play into Vidor's Offensive and Defensive favor.
 2. "PN-G bamakid seems to like tooting his own horn all the time  ;D" you aint the only one who thinks so!!!  :o :o :o

 6.

Is it different district by district or all the same across the board?
The UIL leaves it to each district committee to determine their own tiebreaker so theoretically, it could be different from district to district.  Fortunately, most use the same set of tie breakers so there is not so much difference.  Most go by head to head records and if that doesn't settle the tie, the "positive point" tie breaker (the one that uses the point diffential in games amongst the tied teams) with a 21 point cap on the margin of victory.
Seriously now, I never heard of this, but it sounds interesting. Mostly the 21 point cap, so if a team is still gunning after 21 point gap then they are just not playing "sportsmanly"?
Dont be silly, its not as if anyone LIKES png
Except for the 10,000 fans trying to get tickets to every game and the 25,000 more that join them in the playoffs. Tell me, how many multiples of your fanbase is that?
Are any of you silly childish people ever going to talk about the scrimage or not? I was not able to make it, but I would love to hear from some adults who did watch it talk about how each team looked.
Last I checked, this is a thread about answers, not a thread about the scrimmage.
WHOA get offended much? Your still silly.

 10. We'll have a preview special next Sunday from 7-10, but that one won't be on location. The first high school preview show will be the following Tuesday from 6-8 at the Hamburger Depot in Downtown Beaumont.
what exactly is this? Is it video online, on local tv station, or just live audience at the depot?
 11. All I know is we (Vidor of the STJFL.NET) are required to take a coaching certification on USAFOOTBALL.COM for tackle in the tackling division and for flag division there is a seperate certification altogether. There is a concussion course as a part of it and covers heat conditioning, stress, stroke, etc. It was good and informative my son actually took it with me and we gained a lot. Hope this answers your question!
 12. Similar training is required in PeeWee football also. Not a bad thing having informed coaches!
 13. I cant recall the last series thatthey won. Had a very good start this season in my opinion, but they were figured out and shut down shortly after.
 14. Ah ha I told you it was the Jersey. Two nights in a row, go go Navy and Gold!!!!
 15. Hard to compare Biggio to anybody. I believe he is the only player to make All-Stars as a catcher and secondbaseman. I cant think of many infielders that have shown starting an AS game in different infield positions, Cal Ripken Jr I think started SS and 3rd.
 16.
this is who i think has there spots locked in.. 1st base-Brett Wallace...we need to keep him there! 2nd base-Jose Altuve. Short Stop-Jed Lowrie..very underrated Left Field-Justin Maxwell. Center-Jordan Schafer Catcher-Castro.. opinions?
i coulda swore i saw Brett Wallace on the hot corner last night
 17. What was the one he it in Minute maid, it was a thursday night. I know it was a milestone tater like 62 70 or something. Me and my buddies were sitting in rightfield and everyone in there would boo the astros if they intentionally walked him. I think his 3rd or 4th at bat they quit 4 balling him and he dinged a few rows in front us!
 18. '12 Stros got their first walk off win of the season. Ive stayed up watching too many extra inning losses this year. And now the players have requested to wear the Navy/Gold Unis again, 1 of my 2 favorite unis. Rainbow also!!! Maybe we can go back to the Navy and Gold and the shooting/slanting star again in the ALWest for 2013
 19.
