Saying he is the leading tackler in 4A DII is very different than saying he is the best defensive player in Texas. You are intentionally being misleading. Glad you got me to straighten you out.

One's defense of his team by bringing up a game that's totally irrelevant to their game is weak sauce. It's called deflection. I would think any United fan would keep his/her mouth shut when it comes to North Shore after all those beat downs.

The WR is a Texas A&M commit.

Having the most tackles in 4A DII so far this season doesn't necessarily make you the best. There were receivers that had more yards and TD's than Miller last year but he was still labeled the best. BTW, that tackle thing is according to Maxpreps. They are never an accurate source when it comes to those type things. Many teams do not input their stats on Maxpreps.

That's debatable since Hitchcock has a Nebraska commit on the D-Line.

I hear ya. My routine with the playoffs is I will start watching the games on TV first, then when the Astros lose, I go to radio only. I stick with whatever works the best. 2022 I listened to every game on the radio down on the beach. I am all about superstition when it comes to playoff baseball.

Well, not throwing any shade here, but the farther PAM goes into the playoffs, the less likely they get permission. Those first couple of rounds lots of times do not get covered by NFHS/TL.

I am not sure the Dallas run defense is fixable. Would have to revamp that whole side of the team.

To be accurate, it was agreed before the scrimmage began that varsity would play two live quarters. After the first live quarter ended, Lumberton ended the scrimmage. HF coaches were very confused and a little upset. Wanted to get more work in and get backups in to play. Quit might be the wrong word to use, but Lumberton did decide to leave the field while HF was getting ready for another quarter.

Non district games vs. at PA Memorial, at Lufkin, at West Brook, United, at Center and Hitchcock. Also playing in Lufkin Hoopfest and Texas Jamboree. (opponents TBA) Tournaments: YMBL, James Gamble, Lufkin Silsbee keeping it local with the tournament play. No national tourneys (Arkansas, New Orleans) this season.
