All of those Richmond LL's go to the Fort Bend Schools not to the Lamar Consolidated school districts. They may have one or two mind you but as a whole no.

Nothing better than Fireman's Park.  played Bellville there back in 06.  We lost in extras but what a game and venue.

Rusty Cauthern is the one that should be given a hard look at. Winning is one thing but the way he works with kids and helps them to mature is second to none. I am speaking the truth. A honest and hard-working man.  I cannot tell you how much this program would benefit with him in this leadership role.

How about bringing Stan Hodges back?

Do not need to read an outfield fence.  You do it if it makes you feel justified.

Alot of the times a football mentality makes your baseball teams compete and play harder.  It is more like having a united athletic program than having two separate ones.  I understand not every kid plays football and that is okay but from many first hand experiences football players bring another intangible. 

Need new blood at baseball position.  Someone that will coach football too!!!

Rusty Cauthern who used to be at East Chambers as DC would do great here. No one better with kids. 

I am so tired of hearing these whiney baby stories that say, "oh my career was ruined because I was overworked. Pitch counts are so invaluable". What crap!!  The arm was made to be used.  Nolan Ryan and Bob Gibson threw 150 pitch games quite often and did not have 5 days rest between starts. Pitch counts can be and are so overrated. When you start the season you should work up your stamina. It is a process. It's just like this summer league and lesson crap. Every sports orthopedic states that pitchers should have a minimum of 3 months rest per year. How many kids and their parents are adhering to that. Threads like these are garbage because all they are meant to do is provoke people. I hope I did my job.

11 out of 41 1st team selections were not on playoff teams!!!  Another wow fact. IMO of course
