Your coworkers must have been Ozen and Hebert faithful because most of them were all in on the hire where people from the other side of town, like me, were against it. But what could you do besides support the kids and the coaching staff? I was being optimistic that he could jump back in the game and get it done. The kids seem to be fine, playing together and supportive of each other.

This is what needs to definitely happen but we will just have to wait and see. If AL steps down, I hope he does it soon enough to get some decent applicants...

Just my opinion, if he loses to Deer Park Friday, which will have United missing the playoffs, I think he steps down. The problem with that is that the Assistant Superintendent SA wants to give the position to ET. If he wins Friday, they will make the playoffs, he may see it as enough reason to return for another go around.

AL is the one to blame for that. I can think of 3 other games where decisions similar cost us some close games. 7 point loss to PA Memorial, 4 point loss to CE King and 6 point loss to LaPorte.

Of those 4 games, 2 of them the majority of us will at least agree on 2 outcomes; West Brook beating Sterling and North Shore beating Channelview. #1. If United beats Deer Park, West Brook beats Sterling, North Shore beats Channelview, CE King beats LaPorte; then there will be a 2 way tie at 3-4 between United and Channelview with United winning the head to head; United gets in D2 and West Brook stays D1. #2. If Deer Park beats United, West Brook beats Sterling, North Shore beats Channelview, CE King beats LaPorte; then there will be a 2 way tie at 3-4 between Deer Park and Channelview with Channelview winning the head to head; Channelview gets in and goes D1 sending West Brook to D2. #3. If United beats Deer Park, West Brook beats Sterling, North Shore beats Channelview, LaPorte beats CE King; then it will come down to a 3 way tie breaker between United, LaPorte and Channelview, with all of them splitting wins over each other. #4. If Deer Park beats United, West Brook beats Sterling, North Shore beats Channelview, LaPorte beats CE King; then it will come down to a 3 way tie between Deer Park, LaPorte and Channelview, with Channelview getting in due to them beating Deer Park and LaPorte head to head. Channelview gets in and goes D1 sending West Brook D2.
