I'm not sure if the UIL has a rule against it, but even if they don't I would think it would be a caretaker issue. Georgia, Butler , A&M, and Texas have a system in place to take care of the animal as the students move through and graduate.

All of the rain we have been having this year is washing all of the stuff out of the rivers/lakes. I think that is why its worse this year. Glad I have a pool!
