Speaking of interceptions, is it just me or does it seem like we aren't going for them anymore?

At least its a Friday game this year.

And unlike last year, we're going into the playoffs pretty healthy. No reason not to utilize all the weapons.

And probably running with 0 blocks..lol

His brother would have to confirm, but it looked like he was on the sidelines telling the coaches to put him in.

I thought we still had a chance with 13 seconds and Shug goes in on special teams for the kick off. My Jaw dropped...lol

Most of that was by one person. There is a problem with that.

I missed that one at the game. The Lance Edwards highlights got it at field level. #2 wearing dirt and purple flying and knocked him flat..lol

Watched some highlights. Saw one of RJ's interceptions...then saw him lay the guy out. You gotta love our QB.

We might set records on highest scoring game..lol

He's banned from all NISD events for life. Apparently he was handed the contraption and told to pull the string. He didn't know it was a flare. He's actually a good kid. He owned up to it.

Everybody in the stadium knew a 2 point conversion was coming. It was well executed. Good call.

So does this make Neds defense better than PAM's?

Its funny that a 1 point loss takes away everything before that game. I'm still behind the PNG Indians and We're coming for Crosby. Hopefully with a little better Defense..lol And hope we bring the WHOLE playbook. Not just the "run RJ" page. A little mouse running around spewing nonsense isn't going to change a thing.

Oh I still think we are..lol I haven't given up. RJ deserves all the hype. I vented last night about the D and the coaches and running RJ into the ground. Today is a different day, and while the loss SUCKS, it's time for Crosby. Bounce back and get it going again. Maybe this knocked some sense into us. Neds got business to take care of. I was responding to him saying Nederland was a couple plays a way from an undefeated season. You're right a loss is a loss whether it be 1 point or a 100.

And we were 1 point away from an undefeated season. Sucks doesn't it..lol

He was on the ground tonight. Very scary. Looked like it was just cramps. He was on the trainer table for a bit getting stretched out.

Oh I talked a lot of trash. I was that confident...lol When you watch RJ play the way he does, every game, it's hard to picture him getting beat. No doubt he is taking it the hardest right now. Now it's time for Mid County to roll in the playoffs. Good Luck!

Congrats Ned, definitely deserved the win. No excuses. Our coaches are going to run RJ into the ground. How that kid keeps popping back up is beyond me. One tough kid. Didn't utilize Riggs at all. He was open several times.
