I see they (Bush) have 3 losses in the year... Losses to all 6a, #2 North Crowly, #3 DeSoto, and #10 Richardson. Not bad, but they are still losses, which means they could be beaten. Same thing i said last year. They've also gotten into a battle with Lancaster already. I've seen Lancaster play Ozen last year... Very beatable and probably would've beaten them by double digits had lil Dove not gotten injured...

Saw him play once and I'm sold. Not talking down on any players, just trying to drill my point into OF's skull. He just don't get it at all. And it's a shame because he's very knowledgeable, just stubborn as a mile....

I asked for expertise, but I got the usual baby babble... I don't know basketball. When that notion goes down the drain, it's we know who the better is at the end of the day. The debate continues be a use we DON'T know. As I've said, results, not excuses. The kid with results is who I'm taking. Nahhh. They would've been worried about being placed in the tougher pool/Bracket.....

But this year's teams are a little weak. Maybe they invited some stronger teams that later declined.

A couple of years ago, Central participated in this same Lufkin tourney... It consisted of a couple of very good and state ranked teams at that time. Cy-Lakes and Converse Judson were amongst the few and both I believe we're ranked in the top 10 in 6a at that time...

Dont know about the Memorial kid, it #12 will be ok. He was taken to the hospital last night after the game. Nothing broken, fractured or bruised. He'll be suited up next game. He went I. as a precautionary measure. Atwood took a spill like that last year I think and he was ok. Kid is tough as nails.
