82 5A State Champs

Plenty of time.....come on boys! Get in that endzone!

We got time. Come on, Brook!

Great for LP and 21-5A. NS won against Dobie, 24-14. Hoping WB can hold on for the win, so that 21-5A will go 3-0 against 22-5A. Come on, Brook!

Sounds like we need the defense to step up, BIG!

NS leading 24-7 in the third, over Dobie.

NS was up on Dobie, 14-7, end of the first.

Who gets the ball the second half?
Wow,  DP is soft or Brook in 21-5a is a monster
This is a different WB offense than we've seen this year. Regardless, its effective and WB is putting up points. Its good to see. 22-5A is still a weaker district.
My friend's daughter was friends with him and attends WB. From what she has told me he suffered a hard hit against Channelview, was hurting and coughing up blood. Went to the Dr. recently and they found a tumor which led them to also find leukemia. He went into a coma and passed away while at MD Anderson. Prayers to the family, students, staff, and faculty at WB.
It's my understanding thats what happened.
This is horrible. Anyone know what happened?
Just rumors, at this point. I cannot confirm anything.

He was one of my wife's 8th graders, last year. She is really upset about it. Prayers to his family. :'(

No football for me. I'm kinda done with it for the year. Instead, I'll be at Houston Raceway Park, competing in the NMRA Lone Star Shootout. ;D

Great job, Vidor! Very proud for you this season.

Final. 45-26 NS.

NS 45 C-view 26.  :53 left in the game. Thank you, NS....you just put WB in the postseason.

38-26 NS 4:56 left

38-20 NS 9:38 left

38-12 NS.....11:44 in the 4th

31-12 NS end of the third.

28-12 NS in the third

NS 28 C-view 6 half

28-0 NS 5:58 left in the half.

21-0 NS start of the 2nd qtr.

I will probably be sitting on the Lumberton side, for this one, but Ozen should win by as many as they want.....especially if there's still a chance they can make the playoffs.

Congrats, guys! Keep it up! ;)
