DOH!!!(Homer Simpson). If that thing makes landfall as a Cat 3 in Houma, we would still get alot of high wind. Maybe something in the neighborhood of Cat 2 winds, COOP? Still not gonna be good.

I'm still not going to get a false sense of hope until this thing makes landfall. It has been all over the place as far as the "possible" location of landfall. Lets continue to cross our fingers! Yeah, I'd hate to miss any Friday night football because of some stupid storm. ;D

Tonights matchup between Central and PAM will tell us alot about both teams. Souljs, I want a full report after each quarter.

As of now, it looks like landfall to be heading for the Houma-Lafayette area. The question is, how strong will it be?

The TE gives you another option to use in your offense. West Brook currently doesn't have any sets that utilize a TE. Although I think it could be a very vital asset to anyone's offense.......if run correctly.

I have no idea how much it cost to broadcast a game on TV. I only know what the costs are for broadcasting audio over the internet. Our contracts with the schools that we are broadcasting is for the whole season, not per game. I was just curious, because I know that there are fans that would love to see the Katy/WB game later next month. However, none of us will get to see it if Gustav keeps inching it's way toward us! :'(

Every time I look at one of the updated models, it seems to be inching more and more to the west....and closer to us. As of now it's pointing towards Lake Chuck. Still too close to us. I'm gonna get more overtime than I want if this thing gets too much closer. >

True. Plus, even if the game is close he still wouldn't want to expose his entire playbook before those "good" teams get a chance to see it up close!

So since you brought it up, what does a school typically have to put up ($$) to get their game broadcast on TV?

Ya know, Soulja and I were just talking and both said the same thing at the same time! KUDOS, EX-Ceauch. And yes, there is a big difference between the state's premier teams in different classifications. It would really be a shame to miss the opportunity to broadcast a game with two state ranked teams on TV. LOTS of people would watch!
