Hardin Jefferson fans better worry about West Orange Stark! They are better than most of you think. No I haven't seen them play. I do know a few people who have and they are telling me don't be surprised if this is a upset.

I agree with Aggie on this one. Hardin Jefferson and Silsbee both have a  group of great young men. I don't think HJ players would have reacted any different than Silsbee if it were their home court.  It sound like some people are trying to make Silsbee players out to be bullys. I totally disagree with that. Some folk try to find any excuse when their team loses. A lost is a lost people. Build a bridge and move on. Surprise! They play again in 2 weeks! Silsbee could win again. What will be the exuse this time?

Maybe so but the final score was 56-59! I guess at the end of the day that's all that really matters to anyone. Silsbee 2-0 HJ 1-1. Plenty of ball to be played.

Yes they did overlook Silsbee! they saw (13-6) vs (27-0). Like I have been saying HJ's ONLY real team they played this year besides Nederland was Silsbee. The Tigers sophmore guard hit a half court 3 pointer looked at HJ crowd and pulled a Chapelle Show when he played Prince. "GAME......BLOUSES"! Youtube it if your not familar with it.

[/quote] Anyone with the slightest presence of mind understands just how ludicrous the theory is that a Prudhomme dunk somehow enabled Silsbee to go on its large run.  I agree- all that matters is the final score- I am doubtful that the next game will produce these three items combined or, for that matter, produce any of them at all 1.  HJ  shoots 35% from the free throw line 2.  Silsbee shoots 35% from three point range as a team 3.  A Silsbee player hits another 35-40 foot buzzer beater to win     the game. I suppose Silsbee could possibly shoot 35% again from three point range but the other two(either singularly or collectively) have the same chance of happening again as you do of getting within 6 or 8 strokes of Sleepy or Lazeek in a golf match. I'd advise HJ not to dunk on Silsbee next go around. You know what could happen. Tigers win next game as well 68-62 at HJ. I think Silsbee will be a team playing more loose and HJ will be very tense.
