Update

We played both. Pitching = HJ (Huffman number 1 is pretty good) Hitting = Even Defense =Even Speed = HJ HJ in 2 games 4-3 and 9-2 (HJ will not make the same mistakes Silsbee did)

Don't forget the Silsbee game from 2016 ( I think ) started a in Houston area at 1 had to move it to Madisonville at like 7 or 8 pm didn't finish till 11 on prom night

Every year these picks are suspect... In all sports.. There are very good ball players on this list though

Like I said not set up well.. And it didn’t really rain .. but looks like both kids came prepared and had molded cleats. When we last played there we had to use regular shoes. The back stop is way to close.. it’s like playing at Ford park

Huffman wins 2-1 Silsbee had runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out and unable to push run across

There is very little foul territory. Unable to pitch in spikes, if any rain comes it mound gets very slick. Beautiful park... just not set up very well

Key word ERRORS....

I think BC will beat them.... that hurts my heart to say that... BC was the best in a good district. BC in 3 games

IDK ..... I like Silsbee chances....Huffmans district is pretty weak IMO..

From what I'm hearing it's a 3 game. Thursday, Friday Saturday if needed. Team is playing better right now and we have the pitching to beat them. We keep the errors down I like our chances.

Really surprised they did this to the golden child in the district ... I feel bad for the players that have worked their asses off and have dominated the district ...
