1. By the way, the game last night at A&M was a record crowd at over 90 thousand. Over 31,000 students at the game alone. Wow, you should have seen that stadium, packed wall to wall. Panama, you really dont know Cody like we do in Broncoland. Thats ok. Cody is a good QB but is jerked around too much and the coaches need to show confidence in their players no matter who is playing. Always come up with a excuse for Martinez when things go wrong but when things go right he is great. Gimme me a break.
  2. I was at this game last night. Cody struggled but Martinez struggled more. Many fans are questioning Taylors toughness. Seems like whenever he gets hit or things are not going well he gets injured or banged up. I think Nebraska would have won if they left Cody in the game. He just does not get enough time in the games to be very effective. The two whole games he has played in he has won. At Baylor last year and Iowa State this year. I wish Bo would get off the Golden Boy kick from California.

Hearing a lot of props for KP.  Most of Beaumont picking them to win....LaMarque chiming in with a close game prediction...Humble stating an opinion along with the facts to back it up.  I'm waiting to hear what Brenham fan thinks??  Brenham didn't play their game and it cost them the win.

Didn't notice KP having that cannon legged kicker making 65 yarders in pre-game in any film....he must've been a senior last year.

BrenhamFan says, if Dayton doesn't turn the ball over in their own redzone like we did, KP's fairytale is over.  I doubt they catch that many breaks 2 games in a row.  I'm gonna predict that they are just happy to beat us and be in the second round.  Dayton wins this one rather easily, leaving everybody to wonder about the game that could have been. (Brenham vs Dayton)

    Dayton 34
    Kingwood Park 17

Given that Dayton has a had a problem with turning the ball over, i am inclined to believe that the same standards would follow suit.  The truth of the matter is that Kingwood Park's defense is actually a pretty decent unit.  They may have recovered the fumbles from dayton, but they did a pretty good job controlling the line of scrimmage against the cubs.  With all that being said, their are a lot of things about kingwood park that just don't add up to a likely victory.  Statistically speaking, they have a chance to squeak out a close one.

    Key's to Victory:

Dayton- Keep the ball off the turf.  You can't expect to win when in the 2nd round when you are letting the turf monster gobble up your possessions. If you don't allow Kingwood Park to take advantage of your turnovers, you will be fine.

Kingwood Park- Create Turnovers on a Turnover prone offense.  Play a strong 3rd Quarter.  Statistically, KP has horrendous 3rd quarters.  If you can avoid the collapse in the 3rd, and create, recover, and take advantage of any turnover that comes your way.  You will win a close one.

    i still say Dayton 28-21.

  4. This timekeeper was the worst I ever seen doing a game. Could not start the clock or stop it on time. Did not know any if what player was making a play and the guy made a fool out of himself. Great game by Livingston but we all know our offense was not clicking on all cylinders tonight or we would have put up 21 more points easily. Great game by both teams. Go Broncos......  ;D ;D ;D

;D  What's this shirt need to say again?  ;D  Here to pay my bet.
Smoking Baby, I have to give it to you. You may have to wear that pink shirt but I will say that you and Tyronne should get a award for captivating the audience all year long on this board. We just never new what was coming next from you or Tyronne and that made logging on all the worth while. I hope your back next football season.  ;) ;D

Good luck Broncos!  No garuntees, but I can promise you, we'll do everything we can to arrange round 3!
You bet Brenham Fan. I have been talking all week about playing Brenham next week. Not that we are looking past Livingston but Dayton/Brenham is always the best game of the season unless one of us makes it to state. Will be rooting for Brenham tomorrow also.
