i agree with navydawg...well around here the "atmosphere" in this area can get "loud" but not loud like you are at a seahawks game...when i think of that word, i think of "home field" advantage as in noise....that small little hick town traveling to an environment like PNG, PAM, Central, etc., when they use to playing in front of boss hogg, daisy duke and about 500 people, now you in front of 8-10k. i can see where that might rattle a young team for one half or one qtr. however, NOBODY IN THIS AREA IS OR SHOULD BE PHASED BY ANY TEAM LEGACY, FANS, STADIUM, ETC...THERE ARE NO POWERHOUSES HERE. ESPN ISN'T TELEVISING EVERY WEEK AROUND HERE. TOM BRADY, DREW BREES,OR PEYTON MANNING ARE NOT ON THE SIDE LINES. that's atmosphere....*the only thing better is when you are facing someone in your district to go to the championship game...LM vs TC 2006...THAT WAS ATMOSPHERE!!!

well what vidor did, won't help PAM out... the offense has changed to the spread this year for them. so, it's "practice" as usual. IMO sounds like a glorified HISD team to me. i'm curious on the players that vidor saw and if some of those are returning

so far that's what i read into after looking at the school website lol. sports isn't big there, but they went 8-3 last year. the team that beat them this past friday is playing a 1A team this week...?????

and where did u see this??? the little info i researched indicates this team is small in numbers and NOT very athletic...isn't this the same team Ozen trucked last year?? HA they just got beat 36-19 in what they call preseason classics...a full dressed exhibition game. look it up smh.. this is the first year they are going to run the spread with a first year head coach...the qb did get banged up a couple of days ago along with a linebacker...the team they played had speed...hmmmm...

don't know why I'm seeing this garbage in a PAM thread...I wake this morning to see pn-g plastered all over the paper...after PAM showed DOMINANCE in their scrimmage, but i'm crazy or making it up all in my head when I said PAM gets shafted. all good, when PAM beat the breaks off MC they will have no choice.

well they were...first of all, why attend PAM scrimmage??? they should be on merriman worried about the "hotshot" QB and the WR with hands of stone...apparently, they are concerned...PAM coaches don't need to go to MC scrimmages...unless for a good laugh

This what I wanted to see. Moving the ball with ease against someone that they easily handle instead of struggling against a team that's equal or less than to PAM.

so I see another parent butt hurt and sending their kid across the street to Nederland smh. when will they learn...CLEARLY for the move was for a "better education"....now the old me is about to come out. they not going to Katy school...they are going to the other high schools in Katy which why Katy is the D2 representative most of the time.

you don't need people moving in...it has already been said this area have talent...you NEED COACHES TO PUT IN A SYSTEM AND HAVE THE COMMUNITY BUY INTO THAT. what u have down here is schools that have avg to great players, but coaching is keeping them down and don't come at me about some dang district titles and going three rds deep. that's the difference!!!that's the standard here. in other places its not even important to them. until that mentality change expect what we got...yeah yeah, that's the goal for everyone to win a title, but somebody....some coaches gotta stand up and have the balls to say, that isn't the goal. semis or the season is a wash. nobody should be back flipping and storming fields because of a DC or putting the coach on the shoulders for getting them 2-3 rd deep and writing them a fat check cause they threaten to leave.
