Are you sure PNG is playing on the 15th? If they start a week later would they be scrimaging on the 21st or something like that? Just curious.

Wow, I have not heard of stats like that in a while in Jr High. I remember back in 1987 in Whitesboro there was a kid like that, but I can't remember his name....he was a hoss.....not sure where he went on to play at??

Besides I dont' think me being a 5 time 1st team all-district selection, 3 time 1st team all region pick, district defensive MVP, honorable mention All-State TE as a junior and 2nd Team All-State DE as a senior was anything to blink at
I could care less about the arguments you all are making but I found this to be interesting.......5 time 1st team all district.............DID YOU FAIL.........or were you one of those 8th grade wonders........just curious.

I will agree 100% that we have the right to disagree, but I do not believe in "political correctness" to the point of allowing anyone to post whatever they want, without consequence.

Here is the itenary of the BC girls Playoff games against Bellville:
Friday arrive at school to leave at 1:30-2:00
Drive 2 and half hours on a bus
Play a double header
Drive back on a bus for 2 and half hours
Arrive at home after 1:00 a.m
Get up at 6:30 am.
Ride bus 2 and half hours again to Texas City for an 11:00 game.
Same bus driver ( must have had a total of 4 hrs sleep)
No hotel was provided. Team was told no.
Was it the team told no or was it who was the coach????
Within an eleven hour span these girls were on a bus for 5.
Well let me tell you what I think about excuses..........enough said.......... Ya either show up or you dont..............we see the result.............Nothing against the players they just got beat, but lets not start making excuses about why they lost and say it was the drive and all that other stuff. Bellville outplayed and outcoached that team POINT BLANK.........Get ready for next year. Its aint gonna get any easier. The best player on the team and district graduates....Tough times ahead....Now that is the truth..

Just like Hello posted, to say that "I will teach them what they need to know to get to state" uhhhhhhhh a little presumptuous maybe.....or cocky......or whatever you want to call it....Karma always knows where to bite ya..

Dang bleed I was with you there for a minute............then you made the woman remark...........watered down is the truth..........so you get standing ovation from players for getting knocked out in your first playoff game????? See what is the world coming too??? Get a standing O when you do something more than make it out of district undefeated which every other BC coach has done..........Lets be real folks.......Heck why not give me coach of the year, and I will take a side of Honorable mention to go..................Bleed............can't believe you almost had me agreeing with you..........Dang orangfieldians..................always gotta go overboard,hahahha

Congrats to those selected, I think,..but I think I am also feeling the Stelly blues.........I think it would be easier to choose who did not make the all district team than who made it.............Seems like quite a few players made it..HMMM does this really even measure who the "best" of the best really is??? Wait lets just make everyone feel good.....Just another thing to laugh at in the age of lets be sure to not offend anyone. Go ahead hit me with some more great Karma....I am trying bat a -1000 before the all star break (kind of like BC and their bunts in the playoffs). HA

Yeah word had it someone spotted him snooping around in the parking lot.........thought he was collecting aluminum cans to offset his coaching stipend.......but maybe it was all a ploy..................who knows...he might have been just acting to throw folks off..He is a crafty one.

I won't say who they lost nor why yet. Nothing has been confirmed. However, one player was ejected for fighting.
Are you saying that there was a fight???? I mean come on, I am not condoning "certain responses" but there was not a fight. I think the actions by blue were one sided..........should have been both players, or no players.
Now, No matter the reasons this loss I think will hurt BC. I hope they can pull together and pull it out, WOS will bring their "A" game friday so be prepared.

As far as BC's basketball goes, it is true that some have skills, but just as we stated LAST year, that if it is not developed in programs like little dribblers then the learning curve by the time they are in high school might be too much for them to get over. Just like you stated with some of the girls dribbling with their heads down. IF they had worked at it for years like they do with softball then it would most definitly be better.
Now for the player or players who might have not played, well lets not rule out that sometimes players might do things they should not, therefore have to suffer the consequences. Team sports is not always about winning therefore players who do not follow the direction of the coach, or the rules have to pay the price. So before anyone bad mouths a coach on here, you might want to know the facts. Which by the comments made on here, definitly shows you dont. And yes BC has made strides in basketball, Rome was not built in a day.

Well first off winning is not the criteria for individual honors....IF your good your good on a bad team or great team.
As for not watching your own niece because you couldnot stand to watch, well that is just plain stupid. Oh thats right, stupid....not supporting a kid cause you can't deal with it. Ranks right up there with being a summerball coach and making 80,000.00.....(see softball forum)
