  1. Mosley states only band and football wanted double block, but bon mot stated he also wanted double block.
So if Bon mot wanted double block, why wasn't he given double block for his sport also??? Another question I would like to know is do football-basketball players, football-baseball players get to go to whatever sport it is at that time? In other words if it's basketball season or baseball season does everone freshman thru seniors get to practice the sport that they are in at that time during that class period?

We don't have all 4.  We have a true freshmen team, a JV team that, at the moment, consists of all sophomores, and then Varsity that is made up of juniors and seniors.

just like ur jv consist of all sophomores, ur sophomore team consist of all freshman. But that team is still called the sophomore team.

What some of you guys need to realize is this is a totally different situation compared to the first Nederland game. Trae did not pitch against Nederland because you had to save him to put him on a Tuesday rotation for the second half of district. I dont care what anyone says Trae will pitch against PNG and will pitch against Nederland next Monday. You want to win all three games but IMO the PNG and Nederland games are more important. I just dont understand why some you are saying Hester will not pitch tomorrow night it just dosent make sense to me what so ever!

since he didnt pitch agaist liv. that next tuesday, after the ned game, then that doesnt make any sense. He could have pitched agaist ned, skipped liv. ( like he did ) skipped central ( like he did ) and be back on the tuesday schedule for lumberton png ned

Well maybe their was other reasons why he didnt pitch. Have you ever though of the coach taking in consideration of the kid's arm? Maybe Hester felt like he couldnt go? You cant throw everything at the coach for him not pitching certain games.

I agree with that, but that is not the reason you gave. And if he was worried about the kids arm, then he shouldnt have had him pitch at all in that game, along with warm up every inn before he went in. So really he wasnt to worried about his arm

There should be no reason for Hester not to throw tomorrow. He will be on 7 days rest.

He was on 7 days of rest when he should have pitched agaist ned., so it is not certain he will pitch agaist png

and i am not sure scoring runs agaist central, lumberton, and ozen, should count as stepping it up. It wasnt till ozen came in with batting practice, that  we where able to hit the ball

How you yall not know that Vidor would of still made 5 errors even if Hester started tonight??? That was the difference in this game. Errors in the field by the Pirates and Bellow pitching lights out. So dont throw critsim at Coach Green for not starting Hester. Trae had went way over the limit on his last outing against PNG and maybe he is also thinking about the kid's future and left arm.
    [/quote]

If that is why he didnt start him, then that is good by him, but He wasnt to worried at png about his arm , when he let him throw well over 100 pitches that night. I believe he let him throw rt at 135
  7. sorry to be misunderstood, i didnt mean to sound like they would win distrct. I just think that throwing hester is vidor's only chance to even come close to win district.

Without hester on the mound, they dont have much of a chance agaist the other top pitchers, their bats just arent  strong enough, give or take a few  hitters.

That is why hester is their only chance verus the png, and nederland's. When he pitches, they can win a 1 or 2 run game, could lose by 1 or 2, or could be ten run ruled. But they will not ten run rule the ned or png's, becuase their bats just cant handle those pitchers.
