The broncos are just starting to hit their stride.  I'm pretty sure that the players are ready get on the field and handle business. I look for the Broncos to bring the usual array of tools, namely, an exposive offense, a defense that creates turnovers and intercept the ball, hard nosed and discipline play, and the ability to knock the piss out of whatever team lines up across from them.  I expect Dayton to win because they are going to play smart football for four quarters and because this team has a little magic attached to it. 

Your timid nature is why Dayton will absolutely own you guys should the two teams meet.  Well, that and the fact that Dayton has a better footbal team than PNG. I vote for Stallworth over the Butch.

I don't think it is bad luck.  There are four scenarios that can take place: 2 wins, 2 defeats, png, or dayton advance.  The Broncos know they have to take care of business against LaMarque.  PNG should know that Manvel will not rollover.  This game could spawn the longest (and greatest) thread in the history of setxsports and I'm all for it. Go Broncos.  Go Indians.  Let's fill the biggest stadium that will take us with purple and white.

I watched this one tonight.  The Titans were too big and too fast out of the backfield.  Don't get me wrong, Dickinson had some pretty big boys as well.  What's up with all those penalties Titans?  That's going to shoot you in the foot if you are not careful.  #7 looks pretty good, I was surprised the offense didn't try to stretch the field from sideline to sideline more often though. Also,  how much does it cost to get you band to follow me around and play my theme music. I particularly enjoyed the rendition of "Smoking on Hay in the middle of the month"...nice touch.   You guys know how to watch a game.  All the fans were into it.  Good luck from Broncoland.

Kingwood Park was one of the better teams that the Broncos have faced.  The two teams matched up pretty well, but ultimately the Dayton linemen did work on the KP linemen.  Dayton was stronger, faster, more disciplined and better coached.  Thoughts and Reflections: 1. This Bronco team is pretty good. 2. The Defense got stops and made good plays. They did seem to play down a little bit in the second half. 3.  #62...You shouldn't be tired in the 2nd quarter.  Knock that center on his ace every play.  Good Game today out of #62 Toussant. 4.  KP had some scrappy kids who had a little fight in them.  Dayton still kicked their tails, but they get respect for their hard-nosed play. 5.  As good as this team is, there is still room for improvement.  I look for the Broncos to refocus and come out ready punch La Marque in the nose repeatedly.

Friendswood gives Humble the business in this one.

My favorite chant heard from the dayton crowd occurs in the middle of a song and goes a little something like this: B-R-O  N-C-S, come on Broncos kick their ____.   I know it was intended to be come on broncos do your best, but it's way cooler to here a 65 year old woman shout option #1 in a crowd. Is anybody trying to make any other games after this one?

What about RIC FLAIR chops?  Surely the chops are considered to be a martial art of some sort.

Are you guys talking about the sign at the feed store on 90?  I've noticed a few other signs around town.  My personal favorite is the one on 1409 that says, "Knock the piss out of the panthers".

[/quote] Kingwood Park beating Brenham this year was like Crosby beating Dayton last year.  The blind squirrel found a nut. Points were scored by KP because Brenham fumbled and gave them a short field.  With that being said, every playoff team has the potential to win their next game, KP included.  BUT, This Bronco team will be ready to play.  The Broncos are about to take it to another level.  All the hardwork put in by the players, coaches, and support people will pay dividends as the Broncos look to go on ANOTHER deep playoff run.

I think Crosby comes to play in this one.  Montgomery should get the win, but the goobers can be dangerous because they are streaky.  If the Crosby receivers can catch the ball consistently than the cougars have a shot.

I'm rolling to the woodlands to watch this one. I'm going to make it a football weekend. The Broncos survived a weekend of upsets and find themselves in Round 2.  While the Broncos trotted through district they had to be pretty salty to get the win over Livingston.  It's time to start working up to a gallop.  And when December comes, it means that it's time for something very fun to watch.... Let's just handle business and maintain the status quo.  More than 50 on O and less than 7 on D.  You know how to do it Broncos, it's time to start getting the playoff mindset.  This team knows what it takes to win.

I don't think that PNG puts up 40 in this game.  I can see high twenties or low thirties.  BH is going to run significant time off the clock while on offense. My prediction: This one comes down to the last possession.  PNG is given the benefit of the doubt on a highly contentious call because the officials have been puking in their own mouths as a result of the whining and posturing by an expensive BH head coach.  Football karma happens in this one.  PNG by less than one score.
