My heart hurts because of what happened to this thread in my absence. Let me lead with this: The best thing to come out of PNG was herpes.  Well, can't think of anything else.

A couple of quick facts... 1.  Dayton has a better QB than PNG. 2.  Dayton has better receiver[size=12pt][b]s[/b][/size] than PNG. Pull the stats. 3.  Deep down, PNG knows that their season ends Saturday night.

Why was this game scheduled for a Thursday? I do not understand what advantage either team would gain by playing with a short week of practice.

Dayton could be Liberty and still beat PNG. Be sure to get a few extra rounds in with the shake weight so you can really shine when the time comes for doing the tomahawk chop.

I've never rooted for the cougars in my entire life.  With that said, I dont think they will have a problem beating any limp wristed 20-4A team.  Especially a team like Vidor.  I know Vidor has Don Quijote on defense, but he has been playing against inferior competition since district play began, so maybe that Vidor D is a little over-rated.

I know scrimmages don't count, but didn't Dayton scrimmage Nederland? Obviously, there was a disparity between the talent level of the two teams.
