Cody was a beast as a junior the only reason greg got to play was cody had a season ending injury to his ankle. He was already a big time D1 prospect as a junior. So please dont even try and compare cody to andreas.

No doubt broncos should and will be the best team in 19 4a. The broncos outcoach and outclass everyone in our district but when you get deep in the playoffs against other good coaches and equal talent you are going to need a qb that can make big plays and if you were at the LM game and saw there qb there was a huge talent difference between there qb and ours. Im not saying andreas is not a descent qb but if your goal is to win a championship i dont see you getting it done with him.

Im as big as a bronco fan as there is and im glad that andreas made first team all district but there is not one coach in the state of texas that would take andreas over the kid from crosby merka.

Just wanted to say thanks to the broncos for another great year. I think next year should be another easy run through discrict. I know we have alot of holes to fill on the defense but im sure they will be filled as usual. Im hoping we can find somedbody to compete for the quarterback position it would be nice to have someone at the position a little bigger and more athletic. With Mcbride and jak at running back and all our receivers back scoring points should come easily. Thanks again for a great year.

I guess that Stewart never makes mistakes. Didnt say he wasnt a good coach but if you really beleive Herrera is the better choice at QB then you dont know anything about football. In a football game when its crunch time you put the ball in your best players hand. Payton touched the ball 10 times in the game and scored 3 of them. I have been to every game for the last 10 years and will always be a bronco fan and this was the worst decision i have seen. The past 2 years we got beat by the better team. This year I put it on Stewart. Sorry.

If payton shoulder was hurting why was he on kick of coverage he didnt look hurt when he ran down the field laying people out. Even if he never threw a pass he is the better QB. Look at the numbers for the game Herrera completed 5 passes.

Wow Stewart really dropped the ball in this game. Herrera is a descent QB but he had no business being in this game. Payton either ran or threw all of our TDs in this game and is no doubt the better QB. Without Payton we would have never beaten Elcampo. I think Herrera might have completed 5 passes for the game against Brenham and the few runs he had were negated by the big sacks he took. I think the coaches did a good job and im glad we have them but they were wrong on the decision.
