bh last football playoff win was 9/23/2011. Before that you would have to go back to 05 when they beat hardin jefferson. -
That about sums it up. Get the heck out of Dayton if you want to make real money teaching. Maybe they teach trot-lining or how to gill-net.... ;) ;)
None of the above...they teach potlicking.
The fact that bh has taken some of our good teachers for finacial reasons is not the part I find funny. Yes bh can pay their teachers well but the trade of is looking at flairs go of during football games. The part I find funny is I personally know more than 2 or 3 who still choose to call dayton home. I will say that now that bh has added their second dollar store its going to get even harder to keep our good teachers home. -
Whos is the best in the new 19-4A

Livingston was undefeated last year until they lost their star running back. They were actually picked to win 20 4a but fell apart late in the season. They have given dayton trouble in the past mainly because they run an offense dayton rarely sees but they are also usually big and athletic. -
Wow SCDAWGS, yall should just go ahead and forfiet sice you don't stand a chance. take an extra week to prep for the next game. Since Dayton is not worried about anything come this fall, I expect to see a 10-0 record and outright district champs. 8)
dayton doesnt schedule teams to go 10-0. Matter of fact if you knew anything about dayton football we havent been undefeated in a regular season in a long time. Daytons pre district schedule is always one of the toughest not to win every game but to prepare them for the playoffs. -
You were at victorias secret and saw some dayton football players. Are you being totally honest are did you get home after a long day fishing and find a bunch of dayton football players at your house playing a mean game of powder puff football with mrs smoking baby.

One question for brenham fan. Is montgomery that much better than sf. Also I havent heard much about gb until recently but looked at their record and they had some quality wins and a really good record. I was going to wait until the next round to go check out a bh game but tha ball series might be a better one than I first thought. Hope bh stays focused.
-
Good job bh im about to learn how to chant we can we will in my best im better than you voice. Keep it rolling against lc or galveston ball. If yall meet montgomery down the line that should be a good series but after the way yall handled brenham I dobt see any reason the region isnt barbers hills to lose. Good luck. There that didnt hurt so bad.

P.S. Dayton sucked then too.
Smoking trippy drugs? LOL, that's what it would take for me to move to BH, it's not NYC, contrary to popular belief.
Hell no it isn't NYC.........it is much better than that........more like........Utopia
i didnt know utopia smelled bad and was located next to a refinery. You should have moved to channelview I guess its utopia too. There was a time bh was that place which you speak of but oh my how its changing. I mean 30 yrs ago kids in that area knew how to hunt now when bh boys go hunting they get lost and have search parties sent out for them. I bet you would be hard pressed to find one person that lives at the hill that enjoys an episode of duck dynasty. -

They are about 5"6 150 lbs. They are good ball players but lets dont go overboard. Also looking at the crosby program they showed 47 players and 30 seniors. Crosby has alot to replace.
I agree... I doubt they won't be highly recruited, unless they grow. Look at Montgomery's Leroy Dobbins from a few years ago. He was one of the best HB's in the state, and one of the most explosive players I've ever seen. Due to his size, he wasn't highly recruited and went to a junior college in New York.
more like due to grades he was not recruited. One of the best I have seen but if you cant make the grades, they cant get you in.. as for the twins... they are fast and strong and make strait A's... Aston may not play QB in college but I believe will play somewhere. as for Austin.. Size I dont think is a factor... he is almost like a Emmit Smith style runner and about the same size.
your comparing one of the twins to emmit smith. Wow if thats the case 19 4a is in trouble. I think emitt was one of floridas greatest all time high school rbs.
-
Maybe by some but not by me. I knew our little qbs football days were done after high school. Just an honest assesment. Now I think you would have a better arguement if you said kaleeb was a top baseball recruit.
They are both 2014 Top 100 Recruits on one listing. [Hidden Content]
well they also have the qb at bh kaleeb denny as a top 40 prospect. If you have seen him play and think he was one of the top sophmore prospects in the state I dont know what to tell you.

Barbers Hill vs. Brenham Predictions
bronco pride replied to PhatMack19's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Bh in 3. Doesnt bh have like 6 seniors that have been on varsity since they where freshman. I will say brenham will by far be the best team bh has seen all year. Defenitley will not want to get in a shoot out with brenham. -

Schools like brenham png dayton do it all the time so let bh soak up the glory of the 3rd round.
Wrong. 2007 baseball team lost to Montgomery in Region 3 semis.
i stand corrected its been 1 boys team. Still the 3rd round is a big accomplishment. Its not like 2007 was just yesterday.

Brenham also played for state that year. It was a close game and brenham pulled it out late. So the only teams that have beat dayton the last 5 years have either won state are played for state. I can live with that. Brenham on the other hand has been bounced by kingwood park who dayton killed the very next week. This last year it was ozen who finished 4th in their district and was beat by every team in their district that made the playoffs. You like to bring up the 09 game with dayton what about 08 when dayton beat brenham like a drum. Also what year was it that brenham beat dayton besides 09. -

The same brenham thats 1-2 the past 2 years in the playoffs. All I know is that no 4a team in this region has won more playoff games than dayton the last 5 years. I would also say that since no 4a team from this region has won state over that same period of time nobody should ever say dayton who. Just watch the playoffs and you will know who dayton is. -
