Dayton and crosby will be sc toughest games by far. Bh lost basically their entire team if they beat you it could be a long year for sc.

I hated to hear about that kid. I feel for him and his family. My prayers go out to his family besides being the biggest kid on the field I heard he was one of the most liked young men.

I agree by 2014 sc should have a descent football team. Also are you saying the kids that played at sc the last 2 years had never played football.

Sc riding humbles jock. The better question is how many kids has sc sent to d1. Better yet how many playoff games has sc won. Poor ole sc talking about what humble has done instead of their own accomplishments or should I say lack of accomplishnents. I remember a certain kid played for dayton in 08 that came from humble. I guess he knew were to go to see what real football was all about.

I have seen alot of high school football and other than vince young I have not seen a more lethal high school qb than tyrik. The twins are good and im sure they will get better but I doubt they will ever be in that kids class as far as a football player. I do know that when he went to auburn he had some major character issues. From what I hear the twins from crosby are some really good kids. As usual I cant wait for the dayton crosby game.

We just had one in jakari without his horrible injury he could have been the best running back dayton ever had. He was 200 lbs and ran a 10.6 100 meter. I know codys and ajs dont come around every year but to make a blanket statement that dayton has no athletes just shows me summercreek knows nothing about dayton football. This years team will be very athletic from our lineman to our linebacking core and it wont even be close at qb if where talking purely athletic.

You mean like cody green aj dugat payton ploche summer creek wont have one kid on their team close to their caliber and I dont think they did to much in track. Last year if he would have been healthy name one kid on summer creek that had the size and speed of jakari delesbour

Dayton doesnt have serious athletes thats funny. In 2010 we had 3 kids go d1 smu rice and oklahoma. This year we have one of the strongest kids in the state that will anchor our offensive line. Yes 2011 was a down year for senior talent but we still managed to make it to the third round. This year will be alot different instead of having a youg team we should be alot more mature dayton returns a ton of starters.. But for someone to say dayton has no athletes tells me they dont no anything about high school football.

All I know is there is only like 3 4a teams in the state of texas that have won more playoffs games than dayton the last 5 years. Dayton doesnt need hype all they do is win. When summer crap has done something in 4a even close to dayton it will be a huge accomplishment. One more thing. Since 07 the only teams that beat dayton in the playoffs have either won state or played for the state championship.

I know this is a 20 4a site but I cant wait to see the dayton nederland scrimmage. I know its just a scrimmage but if you have been to one its not played like a scrimmage. I think it will be a good indicator for were dayton is.

Barbers hill doesnt always compete. After your senoir heavy success in 06 the hill went 2 years without a visit to the playoffs. While our qb was a good little high school qb our last three qbs have went on to play in college. Greg charles threw for over 3000 yds in his college career cody green went to nebraska and is now at tulsa and payton ploche plays safety for lamar.The kid replacing ah this year is a totally different kind of qb. He is tall athletic and will kill you out of the pocket. Like you said though we will have to just see.

Wade duke didnt he lead bh in tds and wasnt he one of like five senoirs that have been on varsity since they were freshman. Thats one of those kids I have been talking about that will be hard for bh to replace. Reuter mcswain the list goes on and on. Im not just giving you a hard time bhfan but I think yall lost way to much talent to compete this year.

Dont entertain scdawgs comments octfeb like bh they no nothing about what it takes to go deep in the 4a playoffs. If bh wants to base their football accomplishments on beating dayton once in a blue moon let them.  I have seen most of daytons football games over the last 16 years and this years team will be very good. I think sc with just have to learn the hard way like everyone else.

I thought in track you get collective points for all events added together not just ones that require speed. Im pretty sure bh doesnt have the fastest kids in our district but probably made up alot of points on events like pole vault or long distance events. Correct me if im wrong I never made it to a track meet.

If daytons football program sux were does that leave bh.
