Huffmans just mad that when they went 4a dayton was in another district everybody knows huffman would have killed dayton. I also like the way huffman stole bh best athlete.

I think bh will beat them easily. This last year beaumont kelly played some powehouse from louisiana and beat them handily. Also take in account kelly is a private school and the other team was a 5a school if im correct. I guess what im saying is texas football is a little different that most other states not to mention mexico. The woodlands play prep monterey last year and they were supposed to be great and the woodlands killed them.

Also BH has a 506-286-29 lifetime record for 65% win percentage while Dayton has a 259-216-20 lifetime avearage for a 56% win percentage. King of the third round sounds better than the queen of one and done. Also we only went to the third round twice recently the 3 previous years dayton got past the third round.

I think this year it will pay off and our o line should be huge and let dayton run the ball with more consistency.

How come brenham has all that d1 talent and no titles. Brenham must get outcoached alot.

So would you rather have a good regular season like brenham or sneek in like ozen and have more playoff games. Dayton doesnt base their success on regular season wins. Now playoff wins is another story. While brenham has more regular season wins than dayton the last 10 years dayton has more playoff wins the last 10 years. Since neither dayton or brenham have a title I will take the playoffs.

All I know is since 03 dayton has won more playoff games than brenham. Yet every year brenham is always looked at as the team to beat. Im not saying brenham doesnt have a good program im just saying it is way overrated.

all that d1 talent and cant win playoff games. Sounds like your coach is good at getting kids recruited but not much of a coach. Last year brenham had the best defensive lineman in the state and a ton of d1 talent but what did it get them. Brenham is the most overrated football program in the state.

One thing about high school football is that it may be annoying but preseason rankings and rankings in general dont mean anything. As long as you make the playoffs healthy andplaying your best ball anything can happen. Two years ago lamarque finished last in district and played for state and last year ozen needed help to make the playoffs and then made a good run.

For sure brenham. Every year they have all the d1 talent. They have won 1 whole playoff game the last 2 years and are once again mentioned as a team to beat in region 3.

Yeah kp was picked 5 and it wouldnt suprise me if they sneak in to one of those spots. They have made the playoffs at least the last 2 years I know of and had that big win against brenham.
