[/quote] i will admit i was one of those that predicted defeat for Nederland.  Not trying to be negative, but didn't think they could pull it off.  I feel the same way this week, i just don't think they have enough to pull it off.  It would be great to see it Nederland pull off the upset and take a bite of crow.

Gee, Who could that be??? i will go out on a limb and guess it is the Silsbee coach that is let go.  That is the obvious choice , right??? my second guess is that West Sour Lake will be looking for a coach.

West Sour Lake has tons of talent, but lack discipline.  How many titles do you think West Sour Lake would have if Coach S coached them????

[/quote] Sleepless.. i must have missed the post where he said HJ "wasn't any good".  Can you find that and point that out to me?  in face, i think he has mentioned he respects what HJ has done and envies our success.  What i recall him saying was that they would get beat by Silsbee and get beat by Cleveland.  he hit 2 out of 3.  i enjoy reading all the post that everyone throws up here.  Sometimes they make a lot of sense, sometimes it looks like a bunch of village idiots.  I think i fall into both categories from time to time.  Keep up the chatter, makes for good bathroom reading.

[/quote] I hate being wrong.  I predicted a 5 point win, not 8.  It appears, by the way the thread read during the game, that Cleveland didn't fold or choke this game.  It read that HJ had control most of the game. i submit we change the name of Cleveland to West Sour Lake.   ;D

[/quote] That is why i used the word "alleged".  you are right, innocent until proven guilty.  i suppose we will see what the "reported" video and photographs show and what the DA decides to do with the related evidence.  if they are innocent, so be it.  if they are guilty, well no need to post my thoughts on their punishment.

this was all over the evening news and Houston paper last week.  the numbers of people "allegedly" involved continues to grow.  damn shame. i feel sorry for the girl and her family.
