I Cant help but be at AWWW to the notion of a 14u beating any of the top 3 schools in the district... And Brady from my reading we were talking about your team compeating not the best 14u in the nation... but yet still even so... Any top notch 14u player does play 14u so your team hasn't played near best of the class... I've seen the best 14u-17u believe me I was in Vegas, Indianapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Orlando on the Sideline calling shots. The Speed is a factor for 1, the physicality of the game is a factor and most of all a player IQ is the biggest, You telling me a 14u AAU team can win a varsity district than your telling me you have at least 7 future NBA players. Nobody can match up wit Silsbee top 7, HJ top 5, and id be willing to bet both my cars and my house against a 20 dollar bill Laquariouse Paige (After this Summer Top 30 in TEXAS) will score 40 of the easiest points in life, But whatever makes you sleep good at night stick with it

LMAO really... how so when every player listed is not just a good player but a game changer for their teams and key focus in their offense and/or defense... but i guess you gotta score 40 every night to be good

Yates is a Good team no question but come playoffs they will not be playin Buna Spurger (no offense to those fans) They will play HardinJefferson or Silsbee tigers Two teams who have made their names on being underdogs and causing major upsets in years And both teams will play Yates like its the State Championship, they may play horriable in other games but my gut tells me either team willl play the best games of thiere high school career win lose or draw

Who do ya'll really think this Yates team is? They must have Kobe and Lebron on the team to say take the best players in SETX on 1 team and they still couldn't win. From expieriece On every level HS College and overseas, Anybody can win on any given day... And size My college team had 7'0" center 6'10" PF 6'7" SF 5'10" 2 and 6"3" point 3 6'8" 's on the bench 2 6"5's #3 ranked in the nation and lost 1st round of the tournament when the other team tallest player was 6'4"... Anybody can be beat on anyday

2004 Silsbee was in 4a 20-4A silsbee killed central every time but once

i dnt how i forgot about ktz... if they stay healthy im almost 100 percent positive they win state wit no problems, but i believe silsbee will be ready full strenghth by playoffs and be on a mission for that trophy

Well I think growing up wit, training, and playing, wit most the players on both teams, I think Bray is the Best All Around player, He can score in any way, And is a great Defender, and what is often mistakin for a bad attitude, plays wit alot of passion, DC Stallworth is Next Simply cause he is usally the smartest player on the court at all times, He also can make his team better wit out Scoring and Walker is a flat out athlete, nuff said he's gonna get the job done, Avery Thomas And Prentice Lane are gone be the X factor for silsbee, I woildnt be surprised to see kountze ans Silsbee in Austin come March
