  1. If Stringer throws that means Meeks will be up tuesday against the hawks, is that right touch em all?
  2. I would love to see BC prevail but next week is going to be their toughest week so far this season. IMO.
  3. How about we hold off on this topic until lets say, October?
  4. Cameron Dishon from BC. Hes a 7th grader but everyone knows who his older brother is. ;D
  5. Congrats Jasper! Sounds like they fought hard until the very end. Keep it going guys.
  6. Lets not get carried away here. Jasper is a great team and come tomorrow night they will once again prove that. I hope BC can bounce back after the Silsbee game. Too close for me to call! I wish both teams the best of luck.
  7. haha yeah he was pretty tough at times..he was a great coach though.. talking about him should be in a whole new thread itself ;D
  8. Actually, ballboyz is correct it was HF. I remember because I was a freshman on the team. It was the game that Jamey Knight opened the game up with a shot to dead center at HF (yes over the 400 ft. sign) off Phillip Lynch. He didnt step on home plate and HF appealed and got the out. So that was the last district loss.
  9. Before we start saying that cardinal8107 doesnt have a clue, we should think about this for a second...top of the 6th, Meeks is pulled and Matt Hicks comes in to the game, remember that? Hicks records a strike out for out number 3 of the 6th inning...Hicks starts the 7th, got into a little trouble then they brought in Dishon.. Those are the facts right there, so before we start calling each other 'clueless' lets try and remember how everything went down
  10. I think the top 5 is a little extreme. To actually be in the top 5 all of those teams could compete with each other. So if Buna can prove that they can compete with BC on saturday then I might change my thinking and consider them in the top 10.
  11. I'm not underestimating anyone at all. Peevey is a very good ball player. If I'm not mistaken I believe he came in to pitch the final 2 innings against Jasper the first time around and gave up only 2 runs, so if he can hold the Jasper bats to just 2 runs this time around they have a good chance of staying in the ball game. I'm not sure who Jasper is going to throw but if its Mr. Reagan OF beware. He threw a great game against them last time. So with all that being said I look for a good game with these two teams.
  12. I like OF but with Statum not on the mound I'm gonna give it to Jasper.
  13. I dont think the Jags will get back on track this week.. the Indians are rolling right now.. don't get me wrong the Jags are playing good ball this year but I think everyone would agree that PN-G is the favorite.. Indians by 5
  14. haha, you noticed that to huh? seems we have some people who are big fans of mr. dishon.
  15. Dishon is legit, whether people want to admit it or not. After all he is human so I can see where he might have his 'off' games. As far as the game is concerned, I'm gonna say BC-3 Silsbee-1-- I think Meeks will be 'dealin' tonight against the Tigers. Just my two cents.
  16. Call me crazy but I'm gonna go with Kirbyville on this one.
  17. i think stovall has 64 doubles and 19 triples this season.i cant remember tho. --wow, thats pretty impressive.
  18. This time last year I would've called you crazy for comparing Stringer to Angelle but Stringer has stepped his game up tremendously this year. He's improved in so many areas. I believe the no-hitter he threw against BH in the playoffs last year is still in his system
  19. Ryan Donahoe To bad Noah Cole and Broc Haymon arent around anymore to light it up, they were fun to watch.
  20. I would have to go with Tim Ferguson from West Brook.
  21. Does anyone know anything about Taylor Janak (Columbus's pitcher)?
