#19 Silsbee Tigers (17-4, 6-2) v Lumberton Raiders (14-12, 3-6). Big time game in Lumberton tonight. Silsbee trying to keep up with Orangefield as a championship is still within hand and Lumberton is fighting for their playoff lives. These two teams split their series last year.

Sure did, I forgot about those three extra inning losses. Not something BC does on a regular basis. Until now.
-
Bridge City is on a three game district losing streak having been shut out in two of those games. They have been out scored 19-3 in those three games. BC has dropped into fourth place in district. How long has it been since BC had a three game losing streak? Surprising to say the least.

Big win for Silsbee. Big time pitching by both pitchers. Simmons was dealing tonight. Silsbee is one game back of Orangefield with four game to go.

FRI. 4/8- #2-ORANGEFIELD- 8 #3-SILSBEE-1 FINALSTiger85 replied to KF89's topic in High School Baseball Not a good look from the Tigers last night. When you play in a playoff type atmosphere you got to raise your focus and concentration. This is what your getting from every team from here on out. Congratulations on the win Orangefield. Time for work Tigers. TigerNation!!!

Blaming other people for your own fault. Y'all cheated and got caught. You want call out a coach for following the rules and doing the right thing instead of calling out y'alls own coach for not following the rules and doing the wrong thing.

FRI. 4/8- #2-ORANGEFIELD- 8 #3-SILSBEE-1 FINALSTiger85 replied to KF89's topic in High School Baseball Very important district game tonight. Both teams are tied at the top with 5-1 district records. Silsbee won the first game, 5-1, handing Orangefield their first loss in district and their only loss on the season. Orangefield has handed everyone a loss since then. Two good teams going head to head tonight with the winner a leg up on a district championship. TigerNation!!!

WOW!!! That was a crazy back and forth game. Playoff atmosphere.
-
LCM loaded the bases in the first but couldn’t capitalize. Silsbee dominated the middle innings and let the pitching end the game. After the first inning Silsbee pitching kept LCM off balance. Good win Silsbee. TigerNation!!!

Extra Innings Top of 8 LCM 10 Silsbee 10

I’m taking Silsbee also. LCM is not a team to take lightly, they have the players to hurt you. Silsbee has to clean things up, letting to many batters reach base with walks and errors. IF Silsbee has a clean game I see us winning by several runs, IF Silsbee does not have a clean game then it may come down to the last innings. TigerNation!!!

	Update???

	Update?
-
No wonder nobody reported the score.
-
It’s hard to believe no one has reported a score on this game. It was a big game in district.
-
Bridge City scores all their runs on Silsbee errors. Got to clean that up Tigers. Another close game between these two teams.
-
Four runs have scored so far and not one earned run.
-
Big game tonight in Cardinal land. Will the Tigers stay undefeated in district play? Will the Cardinals move back above .500 in district. Who will the starting pitchers be tonight? I’m thinking it’s gonna be a good game. I’m pulling for my Tigers, but that’s one difficult place to win in Bridge City.

Well, we’ll, we’ll look what the cat drug in. Federal judge orders MLB to open letters that where not sealed concerning the Yankees sign stealing from 2017-2019. Also the Red Socks. The MLB commissioner hid the letters and did not want to publicly open them. Makes you wonder.
