Ozen was in 19-4a in that quote weak district in 98, and 99. In 98 dayton beat nederland and killed PNG in the 1st round. Wasnt to weak in 98. 2 of the weak teams in 19-4a beat 2 of the teams in the mighty 20-4a 99 was a down year for the district i will give you that

I'm not saying that we're better than the rest of the teams in the district, we just have a history of coming out on top, and that tends to draw attention. In the last 30 years mid county teams have won this district 5 times, so traditionally they dont come in 1st, I will say this though PNG in the last 30 years yall have won yalls district more than dayton. Dayton only won that district twice.

I read that PNG needs to rebuild, yall have had 1 losing season in the last 7 years with limited talent. If I was Burnett I would move to Nederland and kick PNG's behind. Another example of a very good coach and more important man being betrayed by the PNG faithful.

Usually more softball teams affected than baseball. Usually if a kid plays baseball he does not run track, very hard to do both and be successful.

What would it take for this to take place, I already know that two teams are very very interested, Dayton and WOS.

Stewart was a head coach at clear lake, and cleburne before taking the dayton job. All three programs had losing records before he got there and he brought them to the playoffs. Please dont start comparing the two coaches, one has won over 100 games and the other has won a total of 0 games. Pride, honor, tradition, dayton broncos.
