I saw the post about the 'blankidy blank blank' Beaumont teams. You wouldn't happen to be talking about a certain beaumont team that went 4 rounds deep last year, would you?
well to be honest with u i was talkin about vidor, png, lumberton, lcm, ozen, and nederland
not the good ones like livingston and central who both came very very close to beating us one time in the two times we played them lol. lumberton was a fluke

They played WO-S and WO-S is not a "measley ol' Orange County team, but nice try. 
Actually, I'm on your side. I was responding to their smack talk about what they will do to Beaumont teams.....it was all tongue in cheek on my part....LOL The kid bragged so much before the scrimmage and talked about how seriously they take it every time they put on a Bronco uniform and everything counts...even the scrimmages...He was adamant about being serious about the game!!! LOL....and used some foul language in the process....
Not good. Like I always tell my boys...if you are good at something, you don't have to brag or talk all of this trash talk...it will be seen. The bad thing is that Dayton is a good team and should go to the playoffs, but when these kids get on here with all of the talk...well, you know. It's really unnecessary. Surely his coach and hopefully not too many of his teammates know that he is running his mouth on here. Coach T and Co, wouldn't be too happy with it and then I promise, the player wouldn't be happy either.
bunkinbronc might want to focus more on keeping his and helping his teammates keep their composure on the field because sometimes, that's half of the battle.

That's great and your apology say's who you are as a athelete.It is ok at Dayton, the game last night means squat as all the other early scrimmages and pre-season.My point it's early-can't change the past-Broncos have a good team and proved that last night-Game in the trenches Broncos dominated-Secondary needs a little tweaking.Why didn't Evan Brown suit up?Hope my friend DW has a good yr.too.#45 was awesome all night.Keep on Buckin.
Evan has something tweaked in his hamstring and yes i hope DW has a good season also hes one heck of a ball player and my college SFA wants to offer him already! Our front 5 are gonna be a force to be reckoned with this year

like i said way back on one of my post,west orange stark better work on there secondary.its been a long long time since the mustangs have had a good secondary ,go back to the kiven smith day now that what the stings need back very bad. just look back at the gilmer game 300 plus yards in the air and made it look easy at that. someone BETTER step up and be the leader are we will be in trouble (AGAN)
Actually Skipper, I was pretty impressed with our coverage. They didn't have open recievers. Pretty much all of their passing yards were short passes with yards after the catch. Don't think they completed any passes past 5 yards from LOS.
WOS has a pretty good squad this year just like us they have ALOT to work on. Our biggest problem isnt the offense isnt the defense or specialties... its our selfishness. we got way to busy trying to play against the officials instead of WOS. i have to admit i was one of those selfish people but yes congrats WOS best of luck this year.
Now that's more like it buckin bronco- spoken like the young gentlemen I know make up the Dayton varsity football team!

That is fantastic buckin and great work last night!!! You guys definitely have others looking to you for leadership this year and I have no doubt you all will do a fine job at it! I also have no doubt you guys will figure things out and have another outstanding year!!! Stay focused and humble... and take the time to really appreciate and enjoy the experience!!!

thank you and i am looking forward to the rest of the year. everyone that has come through dayton since 96 is extremely lucky. Not everyone is able to play for a living legend like coach stewart. he as well as the assistant coaches are like fathers to us.. they want wat is best for us and keep us out of trouble and when we dont know wat to do we look to them for guidance. Thank u dayton coaches.

heres an idea instead of making excuses recognize what needs work and get busy!!!!
I think he did that. I think he said job #1 is focusing on the play and not what the officials are doing. I didn't take his post as a complaint about officials but that some of his teammates were doing too much crying about them instead of getting after it on the field. I think he confirmed that a little later.
I agree with you Grad. Buckin was not making excuses. He was stating that he thought his teams attitudes needed adjusting. Instead of complaining about the refs, they should have been focusing on playing better and doing their job. I stood on the sidelines last night and got an up close view of the Dayton team losing their cool at the end when things got tight. It definetly affected how they played there late in the game.
I also witnessed Buckin chew his team out a time or two trying to get them back focused on playing the game instead of complaining. You can tell that Buckin (#45) is a leader on that team because they settled down after he voiced his concern.
Buckin, you are a great player and it showed last night. I saw several of the WOS coaches congratulate you last night. Even heard Toby tell you they just couldn't block you at all last night. You played a very good game. It was good meeting you last night. Good luck the rest of the season.
Thank you i enjoyed meeting you last night as well. I was just playing my part as a team leader and lead by example. As do the rest of the teams we have some fine tuning to do but i am pretty sure we will come together as we always do.

That my or may not happen my Friendswood friend--but if it does I will trade a pre-district loss for a spot in the State Finals any day----BTW who did Friendswood play in late December last year?Who cares about BH. I am hardly a Dayton fan, but NOWADAYS there is no comparison between the teams!
Oh, and BTW Bronco fans, before your heads get to big, let me remind you that your annal beating at the hands of the MUSTANGS is almost upon you. And, the FHS coaches have no problem talking to the media.

I think K.Segura (PNG WR) should have made at least HM. He had very good numbers last year and they will throw a lot more this season, plus teams will try and shut down DeRon leaving him in worse coverage. I expect a PNG linemen and maybe Harmon will make this team at the end of the year!
I heard PNG is supposed to have a pretty tough squad this year..
