We know that Hardin is a for sure in....I don't think EC is for sure on top this year. It will be a battle for the third place spot...I think it will be with Buna and Deweyville...two great coaches with two teams that have a lot of heart! Fight hard, Lady Pirates!!

I have no problem with Coach Hammerly...matter of fact I really liked her and thought she did a great job with the girls!! There has not been a male girls' basketball coach in quite a while and I am all about changing things up.... ;D

I heard that Anahuac and East Chambers will be getting new coaches also.

It will be an interesting season...several new coaches for the coming year....can't wait!
