Subsidies, deductions... the "big majority" of low information citizens see no difference. Both fail to confiscate enough from the evil profit makers.

Low information=those that can't figure out the good guys and bad guys in this conflict.

  There is no reasonable fix at the federal level...only fix will be to take it back to the states and let them handle welfare any way they want.   Will this ever happen...no, but welfare at the federal level will never work.

  So much low hanging fruit available.
