  1. Can't defend the indefensible.
  2. Oh, I know he doesn't have an answer...doesn't want anybody else to give one either. I agree with all points...the problem is Chicago's to fix.
  3. Wasn't trying to quote you...my bad. Can't undo it afterwards either.
  4. Read it again, and again, and again...until you get it.
  5. Nope...I connect very well. I simply asked for your input on a post that you liked (and apparently agreed with) and you bristled up...no problem, won't ask again.
  6. Very poor connecting, as usual.
  7. [Hidden Content] Getting routine...almost expected.
  8. Everyone already knows this, I am just surprised he said it out loud. Hardcore liberals rarely say what they actually think.
  9. Hillary definitely counting on the low information voter in 2016...don't know, don't care, or both.
  10. Point out the human right violations they are guilty of...maybe BG can help you...he liked your post.
  11. The mayor needs to fire the mayor.
  12. [Hidden Content] From the article - Clinton now: Clinton chided law enforcement officials in an interview with CNN, saying the city was wrong to ignore an Immigration and Customs Enforcement request to hold Francisco Sanchez for federal authorities. Sanchez is accused of killing a young California woman along a pier last week. [Hidden Content] From the article - Clinton then: It was in September 2007 when then-Sen. Clinton said during a presidential debate that she supported sanctuary cities because they help ensure the "personal safety and security of all the citizens."
  13. One thing they could do is not make the cops the bad guys and turn on them when they try to do their job. Demand that law enforcement do their job in their communities, but treat them like allies and let them do it. The people that live in Chicago have to somehow someway fix it and if it isn't getting fixed it's not Foxnews or anyone else's fault but theirs. If they really want to blame someone, its the miserable job the elected Democrats are doing in Chicago...vote them out and put someone in that will get it done.
  14. I agree with you on this and it is sad. The media is a business and the SC shooting has much more shock value than the routine killings in any big city, especially when you can tie the Confederate flag in to stir the pot much more. What is even sadder (and what really baffles me) is that so many, even many of the residents most affected by this, buy into this rather than actually see that gang violence is much more of a threat than an occasional racist maniac, and DEMAND that it be addressed...and vote out those that won't. Don't get me wrong, both are tragic...but one happens much more frequently than the other and this seems to be too often ignored.
  15. Budget constraints??? I wonder if we will be cutting back on entitlements due to budget constraints? One of the few things the fed gov should be funding properly, they are cutting.
  16. Who is containing the violence...who makes sure it stays there and remains manageable. Is it the Mayor, city councilmen, police...who is it?
  17. Using a Big Girl tactic...slam FoxNews...lol. I have already pointed out how bogus your "science" was...no scientific evidence at all to back it up. Try to make a mature argument without attempting to demean the other side...every debate doesn't have to be like UT/A&M back and forth gaffs.
  18. Democrats, that's the problem...and they keep getting voted in...smh. [Hidden Content] From the article: DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP! Detroit, MI (1st on the poverty rate list) hasn’t elected a Republican mayor since 1961; Buffalo, NY (2nd) hasn’t elected one since 1954; Cincinnati, OH (3rd)… since 1984; Cleveland, OH (4th)… since 1989; Miami, FL (5th) has never had a Republican Mayor; St. Louis, MO (6th)…. since 1949; El Paso, TX (7th) has never had a Republican Mayor; Milwaukee, WI (8th)… since 1908; Philadelphia, PA (9th)… since 1952; Newark, NJ (10th)… since 1907.
  19. They're trying...they have opinions that are "rooted in science" to back them up.
  20. There are several posts on the forum about the urgency to remove the Confederate flag because of the SC shooting but these shooting deaths in Chicago would have never been brought up if I hadn't posted it. (and it happens all year long) So I guess we can start with this forum...AND why is this not continuously in the news like the SC shooting has been?
